The Bills QB that Mac Jones is comparable to is Joe Ferguson.  Not very tall, and not much of an arm, but a good game manager.  He can win if he has a strong defense backing him up, and if NE ever gets themselves an OJ that will make him look even better.

You can’t be serious here, can you?  Ferguson had a rocket compared to Macnchz

I do think Jones will improve a ton once they start surrounding him with some legitimate weapons and that could be a scary proposition seeing as how his efficiency had him at 70+ completion percentage many games. He reads the field well and is accurate. He’s also not afraid to throw the ball up to his receiver in hopes that receiver makes a play, so once K’Neal Harry is replaced by a talent like AJ Brown or DK Metcalf, maybe his game won’t be such a laughing matter anymore.

Not comparable.... Allen is Allen, his own class.  However, Jones is Jones and we can't be sure what that really is based on a small sample size of a rookie year.  So far the analysis of him has been pretty accurate, and "if" he makes that second year leap then he's nothing to laugh at.  Allen is a superstar, I feel blessed and comfortable that we have him.  That said, Jones won't be winning any shoot outs against Allen or taking over with his legs, but that wasn't Brady's game either.  They (Allen/Jones) play the same position, but its apples and oranges.  (Apples seem soooo much better though! lol)

Do we not remember when our QB was a rookie and everyone said he was complete *****? Mac Jones is not in the same stratosphere as Josh Allen, but let’s not act like he is some scrub. One playoff win does not mean we have banished the Patriots to the doldrums.

That win was a statement. It WAS telling the Patriots that yes, you are headed in that direction, and we're headed in this direction.

The Pats are done.

Laughable. A ham and a hack.

But he’s right.

You had Billieve he's right. No one is like Josh Allen. No one in the past or present. Josh Allen is a completely new thing in the NFL. Maybe fans dreamed of such a player but probably dimissed it from ever happening. A total QB package with the best arm in the league. Tremendous peripheral vision you have to protect the entire field, he thinks outside the box and commonly makes plays no one has ever made before. Runs like a mean FB, injuring players that dare tackle him..... LOL!
