JA/Daboll just saved McD’s arse from a complete defensive melt down of epic proportions.  Got the W but the MVP of this game is Daboll.  JA came through in the clutch but way to many mistakes.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Kid just played his 30th game. How dare he make mistakes.

QB you need to cover weaknesses for

QB who doesn't hurt you

QB who gives you a chance to win

QB who helps you win but doesn't carry the team

QB who carries the team when he has to    <-- YOU ARE HERE

QB who carries the team all the time

Horse Collars are not a penalty inside the pocket.

Of all the ticky-tacky rules to protect QBs surprised this one is missing from the books.

Grabbed the back of Allen's shoulder pads and used it to spin and fling him to the ground.

Unnecessary roughness at least, but not a game where Allen was going to get that call...now if it was Jerry Hughes????

There is a different perception and roughing criteria i think for QBs that are hard to bring down and run.

You can Fire that whole announcer crew and just pick names from a hat. How do you hire a guy like Greg Jennings to be a commentator, so so so so so so bad. I will not even watch another game with this crew in it.

Jennings was hit and miss. Made some good points at times but made some odd comments too.

I hear that. And I’m glad they were denied the satisfaction of their narrative.

Yep. Josh Allen didn’t have “way too many mistakes” today. Not even close.

The only game I recall being like this was us in Europe against the Jags.  Happy to be on the other side this time.

I believe it's more constructive to call it bias instead of cheating. We wouldn't have won without that last pass interference call. It was the right call, but they wouldn't have called it if they were really trying to make the Rams win. We won't win anyone over calling the game fixed. Better in my opinion to treat is as a bias that can be flipped with enough evidence and wins.

I wouldn’t go so far to say that they were trying to make the rams win..... BUT..... It’s fair to ponder whether the refs were attempting to make sure the game hit the over. 🤷‍♂️

Actually didn't grab the back.

No argument that Hughes doesnt get a break from the refs

And yes the refs have a hard time officiating QBs like Allen and Newton. They initiate so much ocontact and fight through the contact that it makes it hard to call the game. Case in point lastcweek the early whistle on Allen's scramble. This week they did not have an early whistle and let Josh battle.

The facemask call was a good call. Doubt it was intentional by Josh but the effect was pulling his facemask. It was not a stiff arm

I don’t think Donald grabbed the back of the collar. It was more in the front.

Few more games like this and he moves down a level.

As in literally further down the list towards the bottom.

EDIT AGAIN: As in towards the bottom of the post.

Watching live I saw McKittrick at the top of the screen and was thinking OMG he's open - seeing again he most definitley would have gotten stopped before the EZ.  That was also (another) sneaky good throw by Josh - led him perfect

Not sure it matters in the QB roughing context...using that grip on the pads to throw a qb to the turf....not sure how often that goes unchecked...

I will go with the slow-whistle and Allen angry runs are good entertainment and likely refs are going to err on the side of letting it play out.

Unless there is a clear rule change when Brady gets flung like that and shatters like 40 year old porcelain.

Really just a great win, we haven’t beaten a real

contender in years. Obviously, there are some things I’d like to improve on,  but what a great 3-0 start. My greatest concern from that game was listening to the radio broadcast of Murph and Tasker, since I was on the road. It was absolutely brutal. Tasker stutters constantly, and talks about plays that happened three plays ago in the present tense, while Murph kept referring to “Cooper Kupp under center”. Hopefully I never have to that listen again.

I completely disagree. Josh was the sole reason we won today. His fire makes this team better, even when it sometimes results in a penalty or fumble.

by down I meant  I meant further down the list you know carries the team all the time.
