Andre Roberts will be back on the primary roster. Players will be activated more frequently because the PS rules for the year. If Paup had played more years in Buffalo, he very well could have been up on the wall for sometime already. 3 years won't get it done. FWIW when it comes to PS compensation the $ figures you gave are the minimum salaries. Teams are allowed to pay PS players any amount they want to.
