Mike in Horseheads
https://nypost.com/2020/09/03/german-man-drinks-seven-pints-of-his-own-urine-a-day/?utm_campaign=SocialFlow&utm_medium=SocialFlow&utm_source=NYPTwitter Talk about recycling! “It is the body’s own vaccination,” Hamburg’s Jan Schünemann, 26, told the Daily Mail. Schünemann claimed that drinking his urine can ward off illnesses and mitigate depression. The sports coach and student then streams his ill-advised ritual on Instagram and YouTube in the hopes that others will follow suit. He also applies pee to his skin, eyes and even his ears — via syringe.

I found a number of reputable sources on google (popular science and webmd for example) that state this is an urban myth, and bacteria is present even in people who do not suffer from UTI also did some 'research' on whether or not it's a good idea even in a survival situation, and it would seem that the general scientific consensus is No but mainly because of the high sodium content (all due respect to Mike Ehrmantraut) Edited September 3, 2020 by coloradobillsfan

Why make your kidneys do double duty? Absurd!
