Covering with a hood is common if you do this to an officer. This is also considered assault on an officer because of the potential of disease. So far we have a guy being choked to death in Floyd but later we find he had Meth and Phetynol in his system. We find that Jacob was shot in the back but we find that he was hopped up on PCP was tased twice and it didnt effect him and he was wanted for rape and the police were called for the scene because the woman he raped woke up with his fingers in her ***** while he stood over her in her bed. 7 mis directed shots perhaps. BTW, police never allow a man to drive away from a scene in a car that has children in it because worse situations happen from that. Elected officials who tolerate any violence , rioting , looting , fires are encouraging even more lawlessness.
