Allen’s athletic ability is very impressive for a CB of his size. 4.48 40 and 6.68 3 cone, 38 vert. I would give him a look at Safety as well. This is the kind of player that can benefit big time from the amazing coaching of Frazier and McD

Thanks for spilling the beans to the rest of the league.  ?  Expect your suspension soon.

Merely a signing so the Bills can put out press releases regarding a player named 'Allen' without giving anything away, e.g. 'Allen had a good practice'.  Which Allen?  ?

I don’t know, ask Chris Brown.  Well, Brownie, which one is it?  Doh!  Sorry Brownie, but we’ll see at the beginning of the season.  Will they let you talk then?  I’m just kidding as I am one of the guys who likes Brown.

Off hand, I can't recall the Bills ever having a CB that big on a roster.  6'2" and 215 is a big CB.

Biggest one I can remember us having is Nate Clements at 6'0" 200...

Gilmore is 6' 1" but only weighs 190 lbs

Drayton Florence was 6' 0" and 195 lbs

I can't imagine this suspension isn't causing some bad blood. I have my doubts about seeing him back with the Bills. He may choose to move on. Then again, that media group at OBD is devoid of talent without him. Who else do they have besides Steve Tasker that's worth listening to? No one.

Steve Hauschka > Brian Allen

What was Beane thinking?

I'd wager they wanted to give him a better chance to catch on with another team, but I can't say for sure. Treating players right even when you have to let them go pays unseen dividends. What goes around comes around.

Where's Chris Brown going to go?
