Well like countries that have slowed the infection rate they should have started making test kits ready since day one. We wouldn't have had to wait as long and still are short on testing. However, if you are going to criticize this administration, then, to be intellectually honest, you need to criticize every government of every country out there (outside of South Korea) that is experiencing any substantial number of infections.
