Under oath? Nope

Ask ambassador, ask Purple Heart recipient ask state department official

Transcripts are available

You think Zelensky's statement will change under oath?  LOL!

And funny how the Purple Heart recipient wasn't the original whistleblower, considering he was actually there.  Makes you wonder...

according to reporting from John Solomon, Zelensky reopened the investigation into Burisma months before Trump and Zelensky even spoke.

Interesting.

Just now, Doc said:

If this were a R whistleblower, he'd have been Doxxed weeks ago and no one in the MSM would have batted an eye.  And The Hills got pwned there.

To be fair, his name has been out there in the independent and right leaning media for about 3 weeks. Maybe 2. Never "confirmed" though...

The establishment media has ignored it, like they ignore most of what comes from those (good) journalists/sources/commentators.

Hey man, if it's not verified by at least 4 sources and an affidavit from God himself, it's just not up to the rigorous journalistic standards of the main stream media.

Unless, of course, it's an unverified salacious smear on a Republican, then who cares, right? Nazis deserve to have their dirty laundry published!

Retired Army Officer Remembers Lt. Col.
Vindman as Partisan Democrat Who
Ridiculed America

by Debra Heine

Original Article

A retired Army officer who worked with Democrat “star witness” Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman in Grafenwoher, Germany, claims Vindman “really talked up” President Barack Obama and ridiculed America and Americans in front of Russian military officers. In an eye-opening thread on Twitter last week, retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel Jim Hickman said that he “verbally reprimanded” Vindman after he heard some of his derisive remarks for himself. “Do not let the uniform fool you,” Hickman wrote. “He is a political activist in uniform.”

Hickman’s former boss at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center in Grafenwoehr has since gone on the record to corroborate his story.

But Sondland was Trumps appointee

MATT MARGOLIS:

No, Sondland’s Revised Testimony Doesn’t Prove There Was a Quid Pro Quo.

What about Sondland’s testimony? According to his testimony, when he asked Trump what he wanted from Ukraine, Trump said, “I want nothing. I want no quid pro quo. I want Zelensky to do the right thing… to do what he ran on.”

Also released today were transcripts of the testimony of Ambassador Kurt Volker, special envoy to Ukraine. According to his testimony, there was “no linkage” between a White House meeting with Trump and Zelenksy and any promises to hold any investigations.

I think Spengler hit it closer to the marklast week:

“For the record, I don’t care whether there was quid pro quo with Ukraine or not. If President Trump used military aid as a bargaining chip to persuade the government of Ukraine to investigate foreign subversion of our political system, he was doing his job as commander-in-chief to protect this country from its external enemies.”

Although the word “external” was probably unnecessary.

I want to suggest it's too bad the left is too stupid to understand that they're doing more damage to themselves than to Trump, but, honestly, all I want at this juncture is for Trump to get re-elected so I can see how long the left can self-destruct before they finally realize what they're doing to their party.

No this is awesome, they have no grasp of reality, They still don't understand why Trump is POTUS, they blame everyone and everything but themselves.

Hillary called most of Americans deplorables, and lost. So now the new candidates double down and tell us how we were misogynist, racist, homophobes  that can't be trusted to think for ourselves.

i'm reading the whistleblower worked for Joe Biden

that can't be, that would be a severe conflict of interest....

He did.

And he was picked by Brennan and McMaster both personally.

And he worked with Steele on Trump/Russia.

It's dirty from the ground up. That's why the dems are pushing so hard to keep his name hidden. Their whole foundation comes undone when his name goes public, because he's a partisan. Not a patriot.

Beside the fact that going public is his best defense in terms of personal security. Ask Snowden. Anyone saying exposing his name is putting him in danger is wrong, or intentionally lying because of the fear they have of losing this story. Which says all you need to know about them.

So once again, GarBear is proving he doesn't know his dick from his elbow while he pushes the line for enemies of this country.

Instead of blocking me you decide to speculate about my dick? You are insane. Get off Twitter and get some help.

Publicly naming any whistleblower puts his safety and his family's safety in jeopardy. Not a good look but you do you

You have to be a fourth-grader to not know the fate of virtually every whistleblower in the history of whistleblowers.

If you're stupid enough to think someone like Schiff is going to protect you, you get what you deserve. Ciaramella is just another piece of toilet paper the Dems will use to wipe their asses clean to avoid the schittstorm they've created for themselves.

But I'm sure you see the plan: Ciaramella is outed...commits Arkancide...and the Dems insist Trump caused all of it.

Onward to 2020!

Typical moronic leftist thinking: you can only judge a person's true intentions if you don't know who they are! Who they are is irrelevant.

You have to be a GaryTibs-sized chucklehead to believe this crap.

Quote

Federal law specifically protects government employees who report official misconduct. Attempts to release any whistleblower’s identity discourages future complaints, which are vital to Congress’ ability to conduct oversight and uncover waste, fraud and abuse.

By statute, the Office of Special Counsel investigates whistleblower reports.  Not Congress.  Why is Feinstein trying to usurp the power of the OSC?  Why isn't anyone complaining about the unconstitutionality of that?

‘We will get rid of him’: Tweet from whistleblower attorney Mark Zaid is so VERY VERY damning (screenshot)

Gosh, you’d think if Mark Zaid was going to represent a whistleblower who is allegedly not politically biased he would have at least made some time to go back through his own timeline and remove any tweets that show his own gross bias.
