The problem has never been the Bill's letting coaches go to soon, its that they cant find decent coaches in the first place? Since Levy, who has been a successful HC in the NFL since leaving? Marrone might be the only one (outside of Greggos own head). Most have shown to be good Co Ordinators who cant handle being HCs. More time wasnt going to change that..... Yes the talent is bad on the offensive side but your coordinators job is to design a game plan to utilize what you do have. He’s not doing that. And what have the guys in charge shown tho so far that they know what they are doing to rebuild an offence? Was it their choices in QBs? WRs? Olinemen? Offensive Co Ordinator choices? Was it trading for Benjamin? Coleman? Continuing to have faith in a 5th round QB that hasnt shown anything in games that mattered in his career?
