johnnychemo
Yeah, most mom and pop pizza joints have excellent pizza. Personally I like Penora’s on Broadway in Depew.

Orlando Tim
Santoras is really good on both accounts and i personally recommend the one across from UB north where the person picking the beer selection is very good at that job!!

Oh, I spent a couple beer time units there a few weeks ago. Passed on the pizza as I was hell bent on Duffs wings, only to find a crazy long wait during Saturday college football. Heartbreaking! Thanks to @plenzmd1 for the only good wings I got all weekend. Shame on me....

Nope, they re-opened the day after it happened! The south side of the building is all boarded up, though

I would be ALL IN on that, but I’m not a regular. This was my first time back in about 10 years. I didn’t “know” anybody here 10 years ago. Plenz? He just avoids you like the plague! JK, he has a ton of family that ties him up, and he’s gracious enough to be their guardian. It’s a really cool deal.

yrly
I am not sure if they serve beer (they probably do they have a liquor license) but L’Isola D’Oro on camp has a wicked good Sicilian pizza. Major Toms in Hamburg has awesome pizza but I don’t think they’ve got beer.
