Meh... just when the mood hits.

You seem bothered that I use GIFs now.

Oh well, can't please everyone. Do you need a hug?

If you really want to upset him, make him read one of my posts.

From what I've been told, that's just cruel...

You call people idiots regularly, yet think you still deserve their attention.

Just FTR, DC Tom "You're an Idiot" is a TBD tradition, similar to posting a link to that Peter Pan guy ("Panning" someone).  People allude to it by saying "Where's DC Tom?" as a euphemism.

Not to be regarded as license for everyone to start calling each other idiots regularly or for DC Tom to start branching out in the insult department.

So what exactly was stolen?  Was it all of the jewelry Shady wanted back, a few of them, or just one piece?

Hasn't come out yet AFAIK.

Not even clear what was stolen, was actually the pieces Shady said were on loan, and not different pieces he may have gifted her.

Moreover, per her instagram, the chick would appear to have been photographed in London wearing at least some of the jewelry in question.  Why would LeSean think she'd leave the stuff lying around the house for his "friend" to pick up anyway?  Smart people don't leave expensive jewelry lying around an empty house...they put it in their safe deposit or home safe if they aren't taking it with them (which she clearly did).  Last point, he reportedly had a security system installed to which he, and not she, had access...so while it wouldn't keep her out, it would certainly let him know she'd come in.  The time on the 911 call is 3:18 am....not a very propitious time to "just ask your friend to pick up something".

Nope, no plausible deniability "just asked him to pick something up for me while the house was vacant, but he went full gangsta, your honor".  If this is tracked to people who have some connection to Shady, he's toast.  But again, I'll sit tight and see how this plays.

I think the problem is you are assuming the people involved in this are smart. In no way did I infer that he ordered a friend to grab his stuff at 3:18AM. I'm wasn't even talking about plausible deniability so I have no idea what you thought you read. I'm not of the belief it happened, but I was painting a plausible scenario as opposed to the crackpot theory that Shady ordered a hit like a mafia don.

the pic is upsetting. It pissed me off.

but innocent till proven guilty. This is the first time anything like this has gotten out against him.

there are also so many allegations in that post, that I find it hard to believe.

If these allegations are false, these people should all go to jail.

We could all make the board better by being a better person here. Me as much as anyone.

Tom may choose that path someday but for now his addiction to the board comes out in this way. He will help this place someday. He’s too active of a poster not to see what a positive influence he could become.

Yawning on this drama.  On a side not Yanni is on tour.

My parents saw yanni recently, and couldn’t stop talking about it. Apparently the man is magic.

I'll tell ya, if this is leading to the way it appears to be leading, that is that Shady likely didn't have anything materially to do with this, I still wouldn't put it past the NFL to put him on the exempt list for some reason, which would piss the hell out of me.

So even if this matter generally "wraps up" over the next few days I'll still be waiting to see what th NFL decides.

Honestly, at times I hate this League, from the League offices, to the owners, to the rules right down to the players.

I am a victim of my love of football, not of my love of the NFL.

Yeah, read it. I'm a big fan of their staff.

This is very telling of you and your emotionally charged takes (that you try to pass off as factual) on most things controversial, it all makes a lot more sense now. Deadspin is a junk publication one step away from being called the National Enquire and another step away from bankruptcy(Gawker). It's basically Bar Stool Sports written by people that know nothing about sports and think gossiping about Rob Kardashians love life is interesting.

They are all a bit narsacistic.  They are correct and everyone else is wrong.  They also overvalue there impact in peoples lives.  Like they have anything to do with the choices we make.  They act like they are some high moral authority when in reality all of their decisions have to do with promoting their brand.  Owners and the players.  I don't care about their personal views and lives.  Just shut up  and play football.

Without anything real connecting Shady to the assault, the NFL can do nothing to him.

I don't understand how people can think otherwise? If there is any proof, which there is not any yet, then the NFL would consider doing something. With no proof at all  and just a neighbors allegations on Instagram the NFL would not dare do anything to Shady.

I think this was going to be the ladies only party that he had to cancel because of all the backlash. Ended up just having a family thing. I remember it being reported back then.
