Very different.  Kim helped create East Resources; she didn't inherit a thing.

LOL!.  She served as Communications and Investor Relation Director at East Resources, Inc. from 1991 to 2010.

That's a glorified PR job at large companies.  And a whole lot less at a little operations like East Resources, that may have had a few hundred shareholders of whom only Terry mattered...

I'm sure there are many people who arent surprised by this.  I feel sorry for his family.   Don't think Training Camp at Fisher will extend past the current deal 2021?

I don't know why SJF and Brandon are being tied at the hip in some fans' minds.  Expanding the fanbase into Rochester and points east is simply good business.  I don't know of a single business that ever thought that the fewer customers the better.

I guess call me a heartless bast**d but I think there'd be more to say if he focused more managerial attention on ending the drought, instead of on PR-coup moves to the detriment of the football organization

Hey. You're a heartless bast**d!!

As with anything involving fanatics, there's always gonna be way too much praise going towards one guy and way too much criticism going towards another. I don't think RB was an all-star at his job but he did work his way up and clearly he has legitimate qualities that allowed him to hang onto a number of jobs with the Bills over the years.

But now he done tried to throw the moves on one too many interns or female co-workers so it's out to pasture with him.

I'm sure Kim will have no issues taking over.

You actually are trying to downplay it and with all due respect, I am guessing it isn't at the level of experience that Kim has been operating at for the past several years.

I worked directly with the owner and senior staff. I directly managed $64M a year on my team. I’m not trying to downplay anything but the point is she hasn’t had to make those decisions. She hasn’t been exposed to that. She is insulated from all of that (as is Terry). You run the answers by them to get approval but they are not a part of developing or managing the plan. I worked under 4 different “owners” and every one had that approach. This team is in no way better off with Kim P and she needs to rely on the strong executives in that building.

I’m not trying to be a downer, just trying to add perspective. I understand, very well, what that job entails. If she delegates and stays out of the way things will be okay. The more involved she tries to be the worse off things will be. She will be holding back more talented and experienced people.

That I didn’t but I have a master’s degree and 8 seasons in management in pro sports. I can actually do the job (and there are many people there way more talented than me).

Also, Terry owned a bunch of land and there was oil. He didn’t invent the teleportation. I’m not trying to downplay it. I am just being real. She is ABSOLUTELY not the best person for that job even in that building. She may not be in the top 40 best candidates. Look, I get why she has the role but let’s not confuse that with qualifications.

picture her daily on every network and suddenly...she's qualified...not to mention good for photos and clicks.

i would submit that at least in the interim, she is qualified. sure passes the eye test.

East Resources was started in 1983.

Kim was involved in 1991.

Even a waitress could see the difference.

LOL...you have a narrative you want to continue. It isn't true and she isn't the gold digger/hanger on you appear to be portraying her as.   It was founded in 1983, but take a look at when it took off.
