Hebert19
With the trade of jpp...they have a hole or were they making a hole? Could Hughes be part of the package we are offering? Hughes 12 and 22? Purely speculation but if we wanted to keep as many draft picks as possible it would make some sense.

dbflaBill
Possibly but it once again really weakens the Bills at an important position. Especially when McD doesnt blitz a lot
CuddyDark
Giants hired a 3-4 DC so trading a 4-3 end or for a 4-3 end is probably not gonna happen.

hemma
Could happen. Seems like Hughes has played under about 19 systems since he got here.
WacArnolds
That would imply Hughes is worth about a mid first round pick when you account for the premium we will have to pay to move up. Probably would take at least one of our thirds in addition.

jahnyc
If JPP is only worth a 3rd round pick, why would Hughes be worth more than that in value? Probably less given his relatively high compensation.

They may still have a really positive relationship as Bettcher left before Hughes was traded. But the fact is that he Hughes wasn't great for Indy. His best year for them was 2012, which was the only season James Bettcher was his coach. So it could be something, or it could be nothing.
