If you post supposed "secret rumors" or something along those lines - and they don't come true - you are going to get roasted. You have to know that going in. You put him in the RPO and see how he plays. If he plays the way you expect him to and does well, he's worth taking the risk on. If you want to hedge your bets, you franchise him at the end of the year and let him play for a second year, and then make a decision at the end of 2019.
