Love him or hate him, at least he stopped Bon Jovi. Very grateful for the Pegulas in the end.

Trump didn't stop Bon Jovi. Terry Pegula's $1.4B did. That 12th man group was nothing more than a sideshow for the media to glom onto.

....their OVERALL commitment to WNY region is astonishing.....Sabres, Bills, Bandits, Rochester Americans, music/entertainment company, Harbor Center, numerous real estate investments, etc.....I'd say the "Golden Goose has landed"......

It’s amazing what the ability and opportunity to spend billions will do.....

Glad Pegula bought the team, but I would enjoy the weekly twitter wars Trump would have with his players and coaches.

He would've likely vowed to "Make the Buffalo Bills great again", found loopholes around the salary cap and other rules, opened his pocketbook in pursuit of the best talent but in the end probably had similar results as Washington's Dan Snyder and others where the sum of all parts doesn't equal a great successful team. How many USFL titles did the New Jersey Generals win under his ownership? Zero!

Bon Jovi = Toronto Bills

Trump = literally anywhere but Buffalo Bills.

thank god for the Pegulas.

I think he saw the Bills as an easy way to build a Trump Niagara Falls resort world. Think of all the government grants and tax breaks that would be at his disposal, in a one of a kind location.

for keeping Bob Jovi from moving the Bills to Toronto. (If true) or for even trying.

Read the article. He didn't do anything that mattered. Terry Pegula's bid was all that was needed. That little astroturf group made the news and that's about it. Shame wasn't going to stop Bon Jovi. Terry Gas Bucks did.

Ha. Tyrod would have been cut eight times, given a raise nine times, benched twelve times, and told we were trading for the best skill players in NFL history in two weeks fourteen times.

And half the playbook would have been tweet-vomited to the world.
