He would've likely vowed to "Make the Buffalo Bills great again", found loopholes around the salary cap and other rules, opened his pocketbook in pursuit of the best talent but in the end probably had similar results as Washington's Dan Snyder and others where the sum of all parts doesn't equal a great successful team. I think he saw the Bills as an easy way to build a Trump Niagara Falls resort world. Think of all the government grants and tax breaks that would be at his disposal, in a one of a kind location.
