If so, now that the appeal is denied I hope he makes some kind of statement acknowledging his actions and not playing himself as a victim, if for no other reason than "for the kids". I don't think you can turn back on what he had. When he shut off the competitiveness last year it has to be incredibly hard to get back to that.
