Scott7975
Biggest part of this info is Matt Simms. Is a trade of TT to Green Bay imminent? With our luck TT would take greenbay to the superbowl. I'm shocked that EJ doesn't already have the number 1 seed in the AFC locked down.
YoloinOhio
I liked DT a lot and he has speed. Bears chose Tanner Gentry over him. Surprising because he was relatively productive even though they didn't throw the a lot. I think Simms might actually still have PS eligibility. @caplanNFL Other #Bills workouts: DE Noble Nwachukwu, LB Boseko Lokombo, S L.J. McCray. DaBillsFanSince1973
On May 15, 2017, Simms re-signed with the Falcons. He was waived/injured on September 2, 2017 and placed on injured reserve. He was released on September 5, 2017. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Simms_(American_football)
SaviorPeterman
Don't laugh but Thompson might actually be an upgrade over Zay Jones considering he has more catches and yards than him this season. Puts into perspective how disappointing Jones has been that we are kicking tires on players like this right now.

C.Biscuit97
No FA wr is going to help our high school passing attack. We would be better just going full time to an option offense.

Punching Bag
Interestingly the Bears signed a LB we released to their PS when releasing Deonte Thompson and promoting player from PS to active roster to replace Thompson. https://chicago.suntimes.com/sports/bears-cut-wr-deonte-thompson-promote-tanner-gentry/ The Bears also signed linebacker Carl Bradford and wideout Darreus Rogers to the practice squad. Bradford, an Arizona State alum, was released by the Bills last month and has played for the 49ers and Packers. Rogers, from USC, was with the Seahawks during the offseason. Mark Vader
Good signing. Although, we are now down to 3 RB/FB's. Unless we decide to use Taiwan Jones for more than Special Teams.
Scott7975
Ok. Maybe he helps but our running back situation kind of sucks too and barnyard was never given a chance after playing well, at least I thought, in preseason.
