I want to see the team set and ready to play ball prior to the snap instead of looking like they're lost and frantically waving to each other. I want to see crisp tackling, and ending of the play rather than lamely chasing a ball carrier down the field with the defenders head on a swivel trying to figure out who SHOULD have been covering him. I want to see Taylor use the pocket a little bit more and not be so quick to bail ... I understand his #1 strength is in his legs, but pass protection will improve if his linemen know where he is going to be. I want to see Sammy and Shady healthy for the lions share of the snaps. I want to see the right side of the O-line solidified. I want to see a little more balance between our run game and our passing game. Perfect. Oh, and what the hell,sweeping the AFCE. I think there is a def chance that the bills could draft one of those 2 qbs I dont want it in the 1st....but yeah it could happen I don't think #3 is going to pan out. I didn't see enough from him last year to make me think he can improve. Too early to right off a 2nd year player I absolutely loved his college film.....and this is a one cut offense.....which is J. I'd like to see: - I would like to see the Bills add a S, WLB, CB and WR that are starter quality - A healthy and dominant Sammy - A balanced offense that finishes in the top 10 DVOA again - A defense that can stop the run - A defense that finishes in the top 16 DVOA - Most importantly I want McDermott to be a great coach.
