In many places, the financial fallout comes as cities and states have drained their coffers trying to fight COVID-19. The end result for these cash-strapped cities could put them millions of dollars in the red and struggling for years to get out. BLM turn on him, while attacking what appears to be his GF or wife. He tried to drive away, but crashes. BLM pull him from car, beat him, and make him sit in the ground. And then... He get hit hard. ANTIFA street medics apparently have never stabilized anyone's spine. They did pour water on his face and yell BLM. There is a video of them pulling him from the car, but I couldn't find it again.
