LeGOATski
I agree. What's up with this guy??! You don't even know the whole story....sheesh. If the kids are on his property at 1 am and making noise, you expect him not to do anything about it? In the famous words of George Costanza, "you're a wuss." Well, you wouldn't figure he'd need to hit the kid. Although he probably deserved it.
John from Riverside
There are these little key words sprinkled through there that people should be picking up on........they say that this stuff is not FACT.....but an allegation. If I am the OL coach regardless of which way it goes he should just let people know that he is going to submit to anger managment therapy........ Buffalo Barbarian
@RapSheet: #Bills OL coach Aaron Kromer was arrested last night and charged with battery with intent to cause bodily harm, per the Walton County Jail. Well we want Bullies, this is a good sign.
YoloinOhio
There are these little key words sprinkled through there that people should be picking up on........they say that this stuff is not FACT.....but an allegation. If I am the OL coach regardless of which way it goes he should just let people know that he is going to submit to anger managment therapy........ hopefully he gets a good lawyer and submits a different angle to the story, resulting in him not getting fired. Anger management would be a nice touch. It reminds me of when Riley Cooper was caught on video saying he was going "F all these Ns up!" All he got was a short stint in "racist rehab" or whatever it was. And a contract extension. Edited July 12, 2015 by YoloinOhio
Kelly the Dog
His son is college age or older. I imagine there was a bunch of yelling and a bunch of threats and a bunch of beer involved. And not much more than that. Plus, who hasn't threatened to kill the family of someone you're arguing with? I know myself I have threatened to kill the families of dozens of people and I have only killed, like, two families tops. So I wouldn't put much credence into that alleged threat. TakeYouToTasker
I don't believe, even for one second, that he threatened to kill anyone's family; and quite frankly, neither do the police, given that he wasn't charged with it. The reason we haven't heard the other side yet, is because the other side is in the accusation of minors who enjoy a different set of legal protections. It wouldn't surprise me, at all, to learn that the "minors" involved were 16-17 year olds who were trespassing, drunk and/or high, and were caught vandalizing his property, and punked him off when they were caught. What a Tuel
Ok. Not good. @wcsopio1: Press release regarding the arrest of Aaron Kromer, Buffalo Bills Offensive Line Coach. https://t.co/rG3d8ioTtOhttp://t.co/RCJyI95X0v @MikeGarafolo: Per that press release, Aaron Kromer allegedly confronted 3 boys, threw their fishing pole in the water and threatened to kill one's family. The comments on that page are just awful. Some of the beauts: Jordan Crowder Don't be mad at us because you have to live in Buffalo. How is a grown man punching a child in the face only a misdemeanor? Trish Day LeClere Oh my gosh. That is crazy. Poor kids just out fishing!!! I hope their parents sue. Doug Moon I guess the Beach really becomes important when you spend time in Buffalo Sheesh Eric Wolf If EJ Manuel was your best option at quarterback.... you might punch a child in the face too. Then there's this one: Dawn Dagenais When my kids were young.... two girls came into my yard bullied my son kicked him ..... my husband yelled at them to get lost and out of the yard. They went home and told THEIR parents that he picked them up over his head and threw them over the fence. All to tell their story before they got in trouble. My husband was arrested. We paid 900$ to a lawyer just to have the parents drop the charges and not show up to court...... moral of the story..... wait for the whole story people..... Just a good reason to take these early reports with a grain of salt. The Bills Organization's next move will determine how serious this is. I have faith that they will not jump to be out of the negative light and fire the guy just because of allegations. The NFL is a different story, but we will see what happens next year with that. Mr. WEO
A grown man allegedly punching a kid in the face and getting just a misdemeanor? Sounds more like he slapped him Not necessarily: punch may still be a misdemeanor. Examples of felony assault or battery include:striking or threatening to strike a person with a weapon or dangerous object shooting a person with a gun or threatening to kill someone while pointing a gun at the victim assault or battery with the intent to commit another felony crime such as robbery or rape assault or battery resulting in serious physical injury, including permanent disfigurement assault (threat of violence) while concealing one’s identity, and assault or battery against a member of a protected class, such as a police officer, healthcare provider, social services worker, or developmentally disabled or elderly person.
