It is being swept under the rug as they've done in the past. It's in the NFL's best interest to wait as long as possible before making any decision in regards to the Pats. They just won the Superbowl, I don't they want to dole out punishment so soon, it would tarnish their win and the NFL too. ProcessAccepted Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 This just got a lot worse for the Patriots if he is not the same equipment guy that they've previously interviewed for taking the balls into the restroom. If there are equipment guys acting suspiciously and you have 11/12 balls deflated and attempts to introduce K balls the NFL can not just make it go away. After last year's debacle with the Ray Rice thing I think you see the NFL over punish rather than under. Bill has a good chance of working on his golf game this fall.
