This is what a ton of people of people were saying when you were defending Marrone and Hackett!!!And I'm really warming up to Bevell. He gets the most out of his talent. Plus, it would be nice to have a coach who has won a SB instead of a Pinstripe Bowl.Through their first 8 games, EJ and Wilson had very similar stats.The idea that Wilson was a stud right away is a complete myth. He leaned on a great defense and running game. His credits: Discovered and developed Russell Wilson, when no one else in the NFL was considering him. Continued to innovate on offense after defenses started figuring out what they were doing. Former QB, has a speciality in developing scrambling strong-armed QBs Was the OC in Minnesota and helped Favre to his big year there, and one of the best years of Favre's career PFT reports that the Bills have requested permission to interview him. I think he makes way more sense than anyone else they're looking at. He's an offensive specialist who has shown the ability to make something out of nothing. Unlike Gase or McDaniels, he isn't leaning on a HOF quarterback. Unlike Reich, he has a proven track record of success. Bevell/Schwartz/Whaley is a power trio that I would have a lot of faith in. aristocrat Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Truth be told Bevelle called a nice game until that point ...got the most out of their talent and kept pats honest with well timed deep balls I thought he had one bad play call late in the 3rd...first they get a fg, then pats 3 and out....they get ball and on 1st get a 25 yard gain, then a quick 5 yard pass, then lynch for 3 and its 3rd and 2 on the pats 47 and then try a long pass down the sideline to kearse and miss. A lot of run-run-pass. They started so stagnantly and conservatively. but for that early bizarre brady pick, the Patriots could have blown the Seahawks out. Browner makes the play by keeping Kearse from getting depth to keep Butler from jumping the route.. and if Lockette was 'stronger to the ball' - that's 6. one of many reasons i can't stand watching games called by Collingsworth. I lived in Salt Lake City for several months back in the late '70's. up by the "U" (400S.-200E. for those who might know the area) We referred to the Mormon Temple as "Disneyland" (for obvious reasons) and carried out random 'Gold Plate" searches under couch cushions, and whatnot.
