I think he will have a new boss (VP of Football operations who takes those duties from Russ). And I think there will be a new HC. My expectation is that the new HC will be somebody that will demand final say on the roster (a Cowher, Gruden Harbaugh or a hotshot college coach). It will come down to Pegula most likely. 8-8 most likely but could go, 9-7 will keep him.
