She flat out went into convulsions. Something is very, very wrong with her, and it ain't pneumonia. Seasonal allergies, thyroid problems, walking pneumonia, dehydration...that'll combination will knock anyone on their ass. I've suffered from each of the last two, and they're no joke. The real question is: how the hell does she get to that condition to begin with? I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely.” My diagnosis differs from Dr. Bardack’s. Hillary Clinton and her flacks have an allergy to the truth. With that said: Is she unhealthy, nope. Did she use her influence at state to funnel money into the Clinton foundation, nope. DId she break any laws, pass confidential material through her own server, nope. Did she lie about internet video as cause of attack in Benghazi, nope. Has she repeatedly lied for decades, nope. Is all this just a right wing conspiracy to take her down because she's a woman, yes of course it is. Mycoplasma pneumonia ("walking" pneumonia) doesn't transmit person-to-person well - you need close, prolonged contact with someone who has it, and even then most most people fight it off...and of those who don't, most just develop bronchitis. It's about as benign as can be - I had it for six months, and barely noticed. I'd put money on that being what she has, because if it were bacterial or viral she'd probably be flat on her back. Sure as hell is a bad image for her campaign, though. It's difficult to argue someone's a picture of health when they have pneumonia AND are collapsing from dehydration. Not sure how it works is there any president for this situation? State ballot filing deadlines have been set so technically the parties cannot substitute candidates. That said, look at New Jersey Senate race in 2002. Democratic incumbent Robert Toricelli was facing some ethical issues and withdrew after the filing deadline. The state Democratic party sued to have a replacement put on the ballot and since NJ is a true blue state, the Court decided it would not be fair to hold an election without a Democrat candidate. I suspect if anything were to happen to Hiliary, the Democrats would argue that Kaine is already on the ballot and becomes the defacto Presidential nominee with a VP to be appointed after the election or swearing in. In the event the election is postponed, Obama would still be President until his term ends after January 19th.
