As much as I dislike government intervention and how crappy public wifi will probably be just like the free wifi at home depot is awful, the government does need to get involved in the gouging that is taking place for mobile data let alone the absurdity and ridiculousness of capping home internet. Home internet wouldn't be capped and wireless data would be cheaper if the FCC didn't insert it's nose into interconnection agreements and net neutrality.
