A federal court agreed to keep sealed Pagliano’s immunity deal struck with the Justice Department in December, citing the sensitivity of the FBI probe and calling it a “criminal” matter. He pleads the fifth, his immunity deal is sealed, other testifiers have objected to and refused to answer any questions about him. Maybe he's the real Secretary of State. Gave him the option. After all it is the current Justice Dept that made this deal with him. It's just part of the "arrangement". Part of the roadmap that has been designed to clear Hillary.
