    I think the change in strategy to move up and acquire a blue-chip QB is an integral and necessary part of changing the culture.

    Trade up to #2 for Rosen. After that, I’m good with whatever they want to do this off-season.

    Definitely stick to the plan and move up for a QB, absolutely no doubt about that. That being said, especially now that Ritchie’s gone, I would look hard at dumping Castillo and throwing big $ at an OL coach who can make the most out of scrubs.
