  1. He undermined Marrone and he undermined Rex. One left and one got "fired", and he played a major part in both moves, yet somehow still remained.... that's one good reason why he was crushed that day. I do agree that Pegs should've been there though, and his absence was not appreciated at all, possibly the major reason for the beatdown.
  2. Yes, it was a complete disaster, compounded by the fact that after 4 years as GM, Whaley had far overstayed his welcome. Marrone was gone, Rex was gone, yet he survived? WTF! Press corps was loaded for bear, and he got what he deserved that day.
  3. Agree 100% on Roseanne never being funny.... but if you are going to make that kind of statement, you have to own it.
  4. Yep. “If you can’t take a joke, it’s just too #%^*ing bad.” - Mick Jagger, 1978, responding to Jesse Jackson’s outrage over the Some Girls lyric “Black girls just want to get #%^*ed all night, I don’t have that much jam.” True that Roseanne’s tweet was more more offensive, but that’s how you deal with these clowns, for better or worse.
  5. Exactly. The snark was absolutely PERFECT and very well deserved.
  6. Exactly. The easiest example being the Comedy Central Roasts, where I've heard far, far more outrageously racist jokes from blacks, whites, males, and females. Good stuff.
  7. I forget, wasn’t he getting very personally offensive with a heckler in the audience and it was recorded? Little different than goofing on some political nitwit. I don’t think he had a show then either.
  8. If he was critiquing Talley early in his career, he was right.
  9. No doubt if she makes the Planet of the Apes joke in her stand-up set instead of on Twitter, she still has her show.
  10. Going back to the HBO Rodney Dangerfield specials, this sweathog never made me laugh once, until today. I've been laughing all day long, what a trainwreck!
  11. Don’t really need him around any more now that the trash is gone from OBD. He did his job and he did it well. Thanks for always keeping it real, Sully!
  12. Absolutely nothing racist about laughing at McKelvin or Lankster, it's just good fun. I used to watch Fat Albert on Saturday mornings when I was a kid, Mushmouth was the best!
  13. I only need 4 DT's and his play hasn't been better than any of my 4 IMO. Then there's his leadership, which is pretty damn good, but who is he really going to lead on that team? He'd be a sidekick at best.
  14. I saw it late Thursday night at 11 PM, using MoviePass so no 3D/Imax/Dolby Cinema viewings were available, maybe 10 people tops inside. The movie was fun, but every scene looked like crap, so dark, I kept almost nodding off through-out. I may go tomorrow again & watch it in Dolby.
  15. !@#$ the Celtics. I'd like to see LeBron in the next Black Panther movie as a villain, dude is scary. If Kareem can do it against Bruce Lee, he can too.
  16. I kinda want to have a spot for Jim Ritcher, but there are too many OG's ahead of him. He was drafted as a C, and I remember being disappointed that he wasn;t a full-time starter until his 4th year, but he ended up playing 16 (!) years in the league.
  17. Some random comments on who wouldn't make my team: - Fergy was THE Sad Sack, I don't want him bringing down the rest of the team. - Kemp may have been good/better in the mid-60's, but he was God-awful at the end. - Ruben Brown quit on the Bills in 2003, and he made critical mistakes at the worst possible times. - Ernie Warlick may have been a good TE, but he was the absolute worst sports guy ever on Channel 2 weekends, just brutal, sorry Ernie, but bad enough to not make my team. - Kyle Williams may be a great leader of suck teams, but he would be just a guy on the all-time 53. Pass. - Lil Antoine (on the Bills) was a great tackler with marginal coverage skills and non-existent playmaking skills. Looking at the all-time roster, he's my 10th-best CB. - No dedicated long snapper for me, one of my stars will have to do. Should've found a spot for Ron McDole, oh well.
  18. Absolutely, especially if he's coming off the bench for Jimbo. I'll take the intangibles over the Sad Sack.
  19. I'd listen to ICE with a severe case of the red-ass after a Billsy loss.
  20. It woouldn't take much, sad to say.
  21. Red Sox are my most hated team by far, and the Celtics are up there. Pats are more annoying than hated, and the Bruins are irrelevant. I do hate all those #$%^ing chowderheads, not just in Boston but anyone in the region with that wicked pissah accent.

  23. Thanks Bucky for helping to spread the truth about Ralph, Brandon, Whaley, and the rest of Ralph’s trash. Happy trails!
  24. My solution is to let them kneel, zoom in on them, and draw clown faces on them with a telestrator. Let’s make it entertaining!
