    I think the change in strategy to move up and acquire a blue-chip QB is an integral and necessary part of changing the culture.

    Definitely stick to the plan and move up for a QB, absolutely no doubt about that. That being said, especially now that Ritchie’s gone, I would look hard at dumping Castillo and throwing big $ at an OL coach who can make the most out of scrubs.

    After GM’s, I think you should move on to QB analysis. I think EJ was worse than JP, but I want to be sure.

    Exactly. I like(d) Richie, but he wasn’t part of the future anyways. Him retiring is nothing more than a speed bump.

    No doubt there will be many brawls on this board unless/until the Chosen One starts winning. Good times!

    I would also be disappointed if we don’t get Mayfield or (especially) Rosen. More than anything at this point though, I am just so ready for a new Chosen One, and if it’s Rudolph, so be it, I will still be excited for the future. Until they prove me wrong, I choose to trust the process.
