I enjoy his features like this very much. But he--and others at TBN--frequently act like children on Twitter. Just an amazing lack of professionalism.

Preseason Projections for the Bills' 2016 53 Man Roster
JM57 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think think is probably pretty close to what we see. I'm not if Henderson is PUP eligible since he passed his physical, but I wonder if the NFI list is possible for him if he had a setback with his illness. The only place I would disagree is keeping 6 safeties, I think Blanton or Meeks gets the axe; but then again this could be their original 53. I would say Blanton/Meeks, Groy, O'Leary and Albright are the guys in danger of losing their spot for upgrades or when Dareus or Henderson return, barring any injuries before then. Going off this roster, I think that Wilder Jr., Gronkowski, Dez Lewis and Lavar Edwards are your most obvious PS candidates from the cuts. I'd imagine they'll try to bring back Justin Zimmer as well, athletic freaks like him are the reason the practice squad exists. Maybe Max Valles if they're still hyped on his potential, he's only 22 and super raw. Bryson Albright is another obvious guy IF he doesn't make the 53; I think he just needs to put on a little bit of mass to be a decent player, he's got great instincts but looks so wiry out there. A little research shows O'Leary is still PS eligible as well since he hasn't appeared in 6 games yet, so they'd be smart to grab another TE and stash him away again. -
I've heard of him

Per Mary Kay Cabot, the Browns beat writer for cleveland.com. Not sure if he has anything left in the tank, he's only 30, but could be worth a tire kick to upgrade the OLB depth, right? http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/2016/08/paul_kruger_cut_by_cleveland_b.html

Sterling Moore is almost certainly making the 53. If he's the #6 CB, which he probably would be, you've got a damn solid group of CBs. That group has come a long way from Justin Rogers playing meaningful snaps, eh?

The Bills Sign Another QB - Austin Trainor, Now Released
JM57 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So you do not expose your backup QB to injury risk on Thursday and head into the season with your #1 and #2 perfectly healthy. -
Players with 4 years or less of experience have to go through waivers before IR in the pre-season. That's why IK was waived/injured. It's also why Ragland is still counting toward the 90 man limit, they're holding off on him to IR until the cut to 53.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them pick someone up after the cuts to 53
-
They just got Carpenter right, no way they're cutting Sanborn. He's a top-notch long snapper, you don't mess with that right before the season. Throws off the kickers mojo, and possibly the punter too

First Four Games - @BAL, v.NYJ, v.ARI, @NE
JM57 replied to dayman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want to see them come out 3-1. I'd *prefer* a win over the Patriots instead of the Cardinals because of what that win would mean in the division/conference. I absolutely think that the Cardinals are a better team than the Bills, but they are also making the dreaded cross-country trip for a 1:00 ET game that seems to really throw a lot of teams off. -
I saw two replies stating AW in this thread before you started making a good point, Kirby. I'm wondering if the two who think he could be a cut took even a second to consider the cap implications. It's not happening. His $6.1 mil hit would bump to $8.275 mil if they cut him. Even next year they don't save a ton by cutting him ($6.625 mil hit or $4.825 mil dead money)
-
I think they hold onto Gragg past the cut to 53 then slip him to IR. Dowling likely waived/injured and then to IR like Enemkpali, I think he was a solid PS candidate before last night. Due to depth/injuries I don't think we see any cuts at RB or TE this time, they'll let the camp bodies play vs. Detroit to preserve guys like Clay, McCoy, Bush, J. Williams, etc. I think the guys at the bottom of the totem pole at CB and OL are your best bets to go, as well as the extra long snapper. Cuts: Kugler, Lalk, Walker or Ta'amu, Ferguson, Seamster/Butler, Colter,Lewis Lucas, Martin or Renfrow (pick 2)

I'm not sure Groy can play center. I'm pretty sure Stork is a better center than Velasco. Take a flyer.

I'm interested to see if this has anything to do with personal conduct, or if Jonathan Williams and Mike Gillislee have just been THAT good

Is this why I feel more comfortable wearing my Kyle Williams jersey as opposed to the Whitner jersey I got re-purposed to Graham prior to last season?

TOD 8/18: Season-game by game-what do you expect - 49'ers
JM57 replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This should be a win for the Bills. The 49ers have had quite the fall from the peak Harbaugh years and their offensive skill positions are very average. Best matchup, Cordy Glenn vs Aaron Lynch or Gilmore/Darby vs Torrey Smith. For the Bills to win I think they need to top 20 points and not have a defensive clunker. That's about all it should take to beat this Niners squad. -
Pause. Took EII's post below for me to find it.

I've seen it from multiple people on Facebook and I'm just blown away by it. No kid deserves to die that type of death, firestarter or not. He deserved a good ass kicking, not to die from smoke inhalation.

How will you refer to the stadium?
JM57 replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Whatever the new name is. "The Ralph" produced nothing but sadness, playoff misses, and heartbreak. -
Lockport resident here as well. This kid's parents have to live with this for the rest of their lives. They have to wonder where they went wrong. Why he was doing something they have told him not to do in breaking the law. They have to live with knowing their 14 year old son died alone, trapped in a fire that he went back into to try to put it out. They have to be judged every day by people that don't know them. I think that's bad enough, no need to condemn them. This kid made a very, very bad decision to play with fire at a volatile location and he paid the ultimate price for it, dying alone, trapped, panicking and choking on smoke. The fact that anyone can state he "deserved it"--regardless of their connection to the situation--makes me lose faith in humanity. As a parent, I would never say something like that about anyone else's kid in a situation like this.

I feel as though Little has always looked the part. It's just that he's a WR with shaky hands when the pads are on.

Bills to bring in former BGSU QB Matt Johnson for workout

Dude can ball, not sure if he's an NFL player but you could have worse options for a camp arm. -
Bills related Time Travel - What would you change?
JM57 replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was very young for wide right so I'm going to pass on that. I definitely agree with not standing pat at #13. Could you imagine how different this franchise would have been with Big Ben under center for 12 years instead of the sad parade we've endured? -
[Vague Title]Gilmore long term resign???
JM57 replied to beastman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not sure Gilmore will ever be off Bill's sh..list. He could walk on water and we'd still find something wrong. At this point, I sometimes wonder if he does it just to contradict the majority here since pretty much everything else the man posts is on point.
