  1. Those are the wrong two teams to complain about considering there's head to head matchups with each of them still on the schedule
  2. Blake Bortles only looks like a good QB between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 PM EST on Sundays.
  3. Agreed. When the end of the season comes, an ugly win and a pretty win count the same. When your WR1 and Center are on IR and your RB1 and WR2 leave the game hurt before the half, you should be happy just to get the W.
  4. That tiebreaker won't matter if Oakland wins the AFC West. Think of it this way...if you somehow see Buffalo getting to 10-6, which team is more likely to be tied there with them come January, the 5-5 Steelers or the 7-3/8-2 Raiders?
  5. There's still a lot of football to be played between the 3 AFC West teams currently occupying the #2, #5 and #6 AFC slots, just against each other let alone against other good teams. 7-5 in the AFC probably will get it done for the #6 slot when it all shakes out.
  6. They need to split the Raiders/Steelers games and win the rest. Their best bet, IMO, is losing to the Raiders, beating the Steelers, and hoping the Raiders win the AFC West. Oakland still has games against KC, Indy and Denver that could help the Bills. KC has two against Denver, Oakland and Atlanta. But nothing matters if the Bills don't take care of business themselves
  7. This was a bad football game on both sides, by both teams. It's pretty much exactly what I would expect the result to be if someone told me I had to watch a Bills/Bengals game where Sammy Watkins was on IR and then AJ Green, Robert Woods and Lesean McCoy are all injured before the half. Sometimes you have to win ugly. Here's hoping that Watkins is cleared to return for Jacksonville.
  8. He reminds me a bit of Anthony Hargrove from a few years back. As mentioned above, he seems to be an energy player. Makes some flash plays when he spells the starters, but can't keep that level of intensity when his snap count rises
  9. The best I can think of is logic along the lines of: I expected him to be a better player and he's not the best cornerback of all time so now I'm going to dislike him on a personal level to cope with the fact that the Bills are going to let the best corner they have had in years walk for nothing and burn a high pick on his replacement. Just like they did with Clements and Winfield.
  10. Denver/New Orleans early and Dallas/Pittsburgh late in the Buffalo market...your loss
  11. The takes are piping hot here at TBD during the bye week
  12. I'd like to see a list of contributing safeties taken after Cardale Jones in this draft. In retrospect, moving up to get Ragland sucks because he got hurt and Zach Brown has been lights out. But did anyone rrally expect that out of ZB?
  13. All defenses have pre-snap checks. Gruden highlighted how one of the Bills offensive packages caused all 11 players in the Hawks defense to have to move. Get out of here, troll
  14. He used to do it in NO with Zach Strief before he was their starting RT and I remember thinking back then it was crazy.
  15. Jersey swaps are agreed upon before the game. You're nothing but a lousy message board troll. Get a hobby.
  16. His performance made me sick, what a coincidence The Cardinals game, where Corey White started in place of Darby, was the best defensive performance all season and the Seahawks scored 3 points after Darby was pulled for White, but you're right, the wrong DB was pulled out.
  17. 7 for 116 against the alleged best secondary in the league
  18. This crowd boos everything. Must still be learning the rules since they've all only been fans since 2013
  19. That drive. 17 plays, 10+ mins....lawd
  20. But Gilmore is trash and Darby is better
  21. I'm willing to bet that if he signs with a team with an actual NFL QB that is capable of throwing for 300 yards with regularity that he will start and flourish. He's had one read QBs his entire time in Buffalo.
  22. I still think Baltimore is a bit of a paper tiger and they're going to crash down to earth during the back half of their schedule. They raced out to 3-0 beating Buffalo, Cleveland and Jacksonville. Darby inexplicably dropped a surefire pick 6 that could have changed the opener too. Since then, they've lost to Oakland (good team), Washington and the Giants (both mediocre), and the Jets (not a good team) They still have 5 division games left including 2 each against the Steelers and Bengals, along with the Cowboys (probable loss), Patriots (loss), Eagles and Dolphins (toss up). Give them a split against the Steelers and Bengals, a win against the Browns and one out of Philly and Miami and that's a 7-9 team. If you're going to look at the rosy picture of the Bills being a wild card contender, you need to worry about the loser of the Oakland/Denver game tonight, Kansas City (as usual), and the Steelers or Bengals - whichever doesn't come out as the AFCN frontrunner
  23. LOL someone please link me directly to this post in March when Robert Woods gets Marvin Jones/Mohamed Sanu money in free agency.
  24. Only one team helmet is allowed these days, part of the whole concussion focus. The thought was that the players didn't take the time to make sure the one-off alternate helmets fit properly, whereas if you're wearing the same one for 16+ games, you're more likely to make sure it protects your gourd. The Bills have an advantage when they wear their throwbacks since all they have to do is switch from the charging buffalo decal to standing, whereas the Jets can't really use their NY Titans throwbacks any more since it required the navy helmet
