Sure the attitude sucks, but he's 5+ yards behind the guy because he shouldn't have been covering that WR to begin with. I'm sure the attitude is just pure frustration. When Williams is in there you don't ever see him lose his cool like that. As a DB, you need to be able to trust your help and its obvious he can't trust anyone but Williams and Graham.

Do you think maybe he was pointing fingers because the backup safety blew the coverage? Or did you make up your mind already? If the starting CB is yelling at the safety right on the field, and then the starting safety (Williams) gives the backup the "point at the eyes" gesture when he comes to the sideline? Yeah, I'd say Meeks blew it.

Could have been worse, I feel like Miller and Mills got demolished by Suh and Wake. It seemed to me pressure was almost constant from the right side of the OL. Not that Glenn and Incognito were perfect.

They absolutely were steamrolled week two last year. The end result looked better because Tyrod dominated garbage time, but that game wasn't close. It was 24-13 at the half and 37-13 at the end of the third.

This board is absolutely friggin bipolar. McCoy had what seems to be a mild hamstring strain, a tweak, if you will, and people are up in arms they let him suit up. Dareus has what seems to be a pretty severe strain since its been 2+ weeks now, and people are livid he DIDN'T suit up. Make up your minds.

Depends on what Lynn dials up and how the Dolphins D reacts. If Alonso is biting on play action fakes, the intermediate routes for O'Leary should eat them up. If he's not, Clay should be running down the seam to beat up whoever is replacing Reshad Jones

Quick thought with Hunter, he wasn't with Miami long but he did have to practice against these DBs while he was on the team. Might have a few ideas about their vulnerabilities. That being said a WR corps of Hunter, Goodwin, Powell, Tate and Reggie Bush isn't striking fear in anyone. They're going to have to use packages with Clay and O'Leary both on the field, either with both in formation or Clay in the slot, to exploit the middle of the field. We all know Alonso is a very good coverage LB, but is super aggressive and bites on play action and misdirection frequently. Lynn needs to dial up plays with these attributes, testing Alonso and whoever the replacement for Reshad Jones is with seam routes.

The team went down this road in the past with Clements and Winfield. The backup is rarely as good as the starter once there's more tape on him. If a DB is good enough that you KNOW he is going to get paid a lot if he becomes a UFA, he's good enough that you re-sign him, unless he's been thoroughly outplayed by his "successor" (which in this case, is not true)
