RIP, Gary. Thank you for a lot of great music. Lynyrd Skynyrd was the first band I ever got into. (Thanks for my older brothers.) I got to see them on their "Tribute Tour", in 1988 in Olean NY. I remember it as a really good show, but with a friggin' scary crowd.

I've heard that the old route 66 has gotten to become quite a sad place in recent decades. Just sayin'.

I agree with you 100%, Dr K. I'm also one of the originals here, and from my point of view can confirm that it's never been like this before. I actually noticed it and called it out earlier in the season while the team was still winning games! If these new fans are a true segment of Bills fandom, we really need to knock off the "Best fans in the world" nonsense. From where I'm sitting, a lot of us seem to be emotionally weak babies. I've always considered myself a spiritual individual and was raised in a Christian family but find it a bit "cringe" how Hamlin's recovery is attributed to Christ/God. What about the other religions that were praying for him? What about the incredible treatment that he received from the medical staff? In my humble opinion, if there was ever a play where "God" may have played a helping hand, it was during the Dane Jackson neck injury earlier in the year. I still, for the life of me, can't believe he was unscathed by that hit.
