  1. The thing is... we were actually better a couple years ago. 🤷‍♂️
  2. Happy birthday and God Bless you Marv!
  3. I forgot he also had a bit part in The Blues Brothers.
  4. RIP Pee Wee! One of the all-time classics. I remember really liking his original stage show that was on HBO, back in the early/mid-80's. Pee Wee's Big Adventure remained one of my favorite movies since I first saw it in the theater. (Tim Burton's first film.) It was just so different and full of creativity. I remember enjoying it so much that I took one of my best mates from school to see it. He actually fell out of their seat and rolled in the aisle because he was laughing so hard. Pee Wee's Playhouse was also great. Those were my first years of college. Every Saturday morning, we'd all trudge down to the dorm lounge to watch it while, nursing hangovers, and processing the stupid things we did the night before. It was the perfect show for a hungover Saturday morning at college. God Bless you Pee Wee! https://clip.cafe/pee-wees-big-adventure-1985/francis-busy/
  5. Augie, please don't waste your time. This guy has been doing his schtick for years now.
  6. Hmm. I always pictured you more as a "greased pig" sorta guy.
  7. I love this photo from the article. (Look at the empty seats!) Quite a bit has changed since 1949.
  8. Enjoy your time on Canandaigua Lake! I used to love spending time there and in other areas of the Finger Lakes. It's such a beautiful region. Do yourself a favor and get a "Charlie Burger" at Charlies when you're there. https://www.charliescanandaigua.com/ OMG, I miss NY food!
  9. I guess it's how you define "conservative". RIP Sinead

  14. Strange coincidences... Titanic actor Lew Palter dead at 94 https://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/celebrities/300915651/titanic-actor-lew-palter-dead-at-94
  15. This may not be my all-time favourite sports story, but it's a local story and was the first one to pop into my mind. In short, I find the positive, "can-do" attitude of this guy simply extraordinary, but is a common trait of Kiwis. One of the reasons I love living here. https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/other-sports/130617083/teenager-bikepacked-4000km-so-he-could-race-enduro-world-series https://www.pinkbike.com/news/interview-18-year-old-matt-fairbrother-rides-200km-a-day-between-ews-rounds-update.html
  16. Are any of you meatheads, "Brian" who calls OneBillsLive?
  17. It's our winter down here, so you all can bite me! 😀
  18. James Cameron helped design the submersible that he piloted to the very bottom of the Mariana Trench, making him only the third person to ever achieve this. He most certainly is an expert in the field. https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2013/05/23/186302916/Mariana-Trench https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deepsea_Challenger https://www.nationalgeographic.com/adventure/article/120325-james-cameron-mariana-trench-challenger-deepest-returns-science-sub
  19. HaHa, I love it, haters! Well deserved.
