  1. Fyi, there is a pretty good conversation on this, in the NFLPA investigation thread. I agree, the Dolphins are going to try and hide behind this.
  2. Good, I prefer to be the underdog anyway. Maybe we are starting to see a restored natural order, and people will start doubting us again.
  3. Yeah, we’ll just have to wait and see if the masses accept this sacrificial lamb. That will determine what happens next.
  4. Yeah, but if they determined there were missed signs, that means the Dolphins doctors missed them too.
  5. That is a great point. I missed your previous comment, but you are right, now they will error on the side of caution and pull more players out of games. I find it really odd that there is no mention of the Miami team doctors, who also had to clear him to let him back on the field.
  6. Hahaha! The Dolphins found a scapegoat for their obvious disregard for player safety. Somebody keep an eye on this guys bank account.
  7. Good call. It only took 6 more posts for the first of the haters to show up. Every time it looks like Singletary is gaining momentum, they take him out and cool him off. It is strange
  8. Yeah, I remember the “good” ol days, when we had to pay free agents above market value to get them to play here. I am glad that is no longer the case.
  9. The power of positive thinking.
  10. toeing the company line.
  11. I have watched a couple of games there over the years, it is a fun experience. (And Denver is awesome, you will love it)
  12. He and Kumerow had basically the same injury, right? Their reactions were so different, it is hard to tell. Kumerow tried to get up and run back to the sideline.
  13. My biggest take away from that last play is that I wish McKenzie would have tried to get out of bounds. He looked like he had a chance, but at the last second, he decided to get a couple of extra yards to help out Bass. Hindsight is 20/20, but I think he could have gotten out.
  14. sounds like someone who might retire at halftime.
  15. The way I look at it is, he did enough for us to win the game. We just didn’t.
  16. Yeah, Josh Allen definitely does not get the Tom Brady treatment from the officials.
  17. I guess “nuff said” wasn’t ‘nuff after all. 😛
  18. Yeah, their coach was definitely overselling the back injury theme immediately after the game.
  19. Definitely dirty player. Josh was pissed.
  20. Agreed. Except I was calling it the Butt Punt.
  21. This was a war of attrition. We relied on anyone who could still stand up and make a play. I cannot believe we stayed in this game with all of those injuries.
  22. What?! You mean there is no such thing as a sure bet? Inconceivable!
  23. He won’t fail. He will shine!
  24. Do you mean Jaquan Johnson? If so, I agree. Johnson had a lot of reps when Poyer was out, and he is ready to shine.
  25. So I wonder if team Dr.s said something like, “you’ll be fine in a few weeks” and the second opinion said the whole season, or if team Dr.s said the whole season and the second opinion confirmed it.
