  1. I don't think people, for the most part, are buying tix as an investment. I just think that the stadiums with fair weather fans, especially the ones with teams under-performing, tend to be that way. Teams like the Bills, Steelers, Packers, Jets, Eagles, Browns etc, with die-hard fan bases, rarely get taken over at home. The casual fans of teams like the Panthers, Vegas Raiders, LA Rams, Tampa, Atlanta, Jacksonville etc, start to rationalize that they can make a little money, and save the money they would spend at the stadium, and watch the lose from the comfort of their own homes. They get to charge a bit more when the die-hard fan bases come to town, which makes it more tempting for them. Hence the big crowds for the away teams.
  2. Revisiting his RAS, shows me that once again, Beane knows what he is doing. Many here focussed on his size and assumed that limited his ceiling, but other than size, his numbers are near elite.
  3. Amen the OLine. Great protection against that Defensive front. The way Bernard played today, it was like having 2 Milano’s out there at the same time. I’d add Davis and Epenesa.
  4. I hate the Dolphins why did they run up the score? Try that crap on us…
  5. Dalton Kincaid. JA17 will use him as a quick outlet to avoid the pressure, and he will end up with at least one TD this week.
  6. I just assumed he was already there, to be honest...
  7. The Browns are notorious for making really bad decisions. My guess is that their next move with be to panic, and trade for Jonathan Taylor, putting themselves even further behind the 8 ball.
  8. As reported by @ColoradoBills in the game thread last night, it goes up to $64 mil per year for the next 3 seasons. Good luck with that. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/cleveland-browns/deshaun-watson-21753/
  9. Wow, I missed that. Punk. (I just saw the video you posted. Should have been a flag.)
  10. He is an absolute punk. It was also obvious last night that he is not a $200 million+ QB. I will definitely enjoy watching the Browns wallow in mediocrity for the next several years because of the stupid contract they gave him. How long before they start trying to get him to take a pay cut?
  11. Hahaha! A team in our survivor pool named Billswin! got eliminated for choosing the Raiders over the Bills. Instant karma.
  12. This makes me so happy. I hate the Browns and hope they choke on Watson’s fully guaranteed contract.
  13. I guess that explains why they didn’t have room to invite poor Takeo Spikes to join them.
  14. Yeah, I am guessing it may lead to a rule change. You are allowed a running start as long as you are not heading towards the line of scrimmage, which he wasn’t. I was shocked when I saw it, because I have never seen anyone do that before. I agree, leave it to the evil genius, to come up with something new, in a game that’s been played for over 100 years. (By the way, it is likely not new, but it was new to me.)
  15. I choose the happy ending, with her still being alive. They are just passing on the tradition to the little girl. Go Bills!
  16. It started on the second possession, after the INT, and it never went away.
  17. Just for clarification, since the Jets have 2 Q Williams’, it was Quincy Williams who got the fines, not Quinnen Williams.
  18. A concussion is not an excuse, it's an explaination. That being said, he needs to work harder at keeping himself out of harms way, so that he doesn't take hits like this. The recklessness is on him.
  19. Actually, now that you mention it, I saw this in real time and thought that it might be a concussion. That would definitely explain the poor decision making. Very possible...
