Allen played great today. But I hated when he stiff armed a defensive end while getting tackled. Allen’s whole mantra should be to take off and avoid contact at all costs. Eventually, all the running QBs get hurt and there’s also the cumulative effect. Don’t speed up the process by taking on dudes. as for punter, Bujourquez would have to shank a bunch of 30 yarders to ever be in danger. Half his value is that Haushka feels good about him as a holder. You don’t mess with that chemistry(see last season!)

Josh throwing a couple amazing passes on the run today was a sight to behold. I think only Aaron Rodgers can do it that well with that much velocity. I was sure he’d break 300 yds today. That damn 3rd Qtr!!

It's interesting. I worked so hard to contact AT&T over and over again about my NFL package. Finally got someone to appreciate my 20-year loyalty, and they gave me Sunday Ticket free. Yay! But, since last years $50 monthly credits expired, my bill went up $50 per month. Boooo! So far they've told me there are no more credit/discounts available. I'll keep calling back every once in a while, I'm sure they have my name flagged by now.

When teams do special things in a season there is always one game or moment of extreme adversity that they overcome. The Jets game was extreme to the max. That was a helluva comeback that shouldn't really have happened with a -4 turnover margin.

Based on the Josh Allen rule, a QB rushing TD is meaningless and means he’s not a compete QB since he didn’t throw it in.

The Giants moved the ball well against Dallas, they just imploded. Saquan, Eli, Engram...all had productive days on the road. The Bills D will have their hands full.

The Bills are capable... maybe not like the Chiefs, Eagles, Saints, Pats,... but the Bills need more chunk plays on offense. If a team typically needs 8-10+ plays to score points, it's inevitable that something bad will happen along the way.. i.e. penalty, sack, tipped pass, dropped pass, failed 3rd down conversion, INT, fumble, etc.. Even if it's a Josh Allen 30 yard run, they need to come up with some big yardage plays.

This whole “let’s tank” thing is not going to create any kind of winning culture. I don’t care which QB they end up with, the organization will suck for several years

The Washington Post NFL preview today also has the Bills ranked in the mid-20’s.... BEHIND the Jets, Bucs and Redskins! I’m really hoping this is just lazy analysis as it seems teams were ranked somewhat based on last years records.

He did bang up his knee pretty good during the 2017 season at UB. But i think it just takes a lot of effort to move his huge frame around. He's like a big Lurch. If he's not scrambling, he's lumbering around. Overall i don't think he makes it. EJ Manuel didn't come close to making it as a legit NFL starter and he was a more consistent passer than Tyree. He just doesn't read the field that well and when he delivers the ball it's often inaccurate or a blanketed receiver. I was watching another undrafted rookie QB, Trace McSorley, last night with the Ravens and he looks pretty good. If you could combine Trace's abilities with Tyree's physical tools, you'd have a helluva QB.

Finally made the call. It was painful this year. First call was to the regular customer service office. The lady was nice, but said the full Sunday Ticket price of $293.94 was due and my $50 monthly discount that just expired on August 23rd cannot be reinstated. She was of zero help and wouldn't transfer me to anyone stating that her department has access to any discounts and their aren't any at this time. I politely ended the call and promptly dialed again. Got another unhelpful lady who the best she could offer my 20 year loyalty was $5/off per month for 12 months. I politely ended that call and dialed again. Finally I got a guy on the line and told him the same thing...that I could not afford the bill and would like to discuss cancelling. Instead of dancing around with me, he gave me the phone number to customer retention which was a big help, because the other ladies acted as if such a department did not exist. When i called retention a nice guy answered and listened to my situation. I did not beat around the bush but I was very polite. After listening, the guy said he could offer me 2019 Sunday Ticket at NO cost but the only other discounts available at this time was $5/off per month for a year. He said to check back in a couple weeks as more account discounts may be available. After questioning it for a minute or two I took his offer for Free ST and the extra $5 off. Of course I'll call back in a couple weeks. I'm thankful for the free ticket, but reality is my bill will be $45 higher/per month indefinitely. For those of you that got Free ST AND a huge monthly credit, props to you.
