What I don't understand is why anyone who follows football enough to post on a message board, doesn't get this. It's nothing unique , every team does it. Sometimes you get lucky and the new guy follows the same scheme as the old guy and will keep some of the staff, but not often. Likely if the team had hired Lynn, the offense staff would have been kept more in place and followed the same scheme, however I don't think you should give a preference as to who you may hire based on "I want to get a guy who coaches a certain style." There are a couple of posts here implying Pegula isn't smart enough to understand that and should have insisted they kept the coaches. Doing that, insisting they keep coaches if anything would prove he doesn't understand the process. Pegula did the smart and correct thing. But bringing up these things gives the people who want to blast everything the Bills do, another reason to complain.

I sat in the 2nd row around the 25 and couldn't see much of anything looking through bench area. From my seats to the goal line were fine, but when I had to look through the bench area, very difficult. I yelled Down in front a number of times , but didn't seem to help! !0 rows up you're fine. I would avoid bottom 5 rows or so. Speaking of seating. Trying to recall around 15 years or so ago, sat in Club Level seats at the Ralph. Seems I recall in the lounge areas there were large windows that you could still view the game live while eating or drinking. Is that true?? Was sitting in club level this weekend in Carolina too hot to stay in seats very long, in the lounge area very limited ability to see the field. They had TV monitors, but for the most part the larger screens were tuned to out of market games.

What know one really knows does TT look so shaky in practice that this is the game plan they go with. Take no chances and rely on the defense to keep you in it. But they still feel overall TT looks better than Peterman?

Anyone ever taken the Light rail to the gme? Staying in Southpark area, thinking about getting on at the 485 station as would allow for a fast getaway afterwards straight out 485 South. Wondering how often they run and how close to the stadium it gets you. And what is the fare? I actually have free stadium parking, but thinking may be easier leaving via the train.

Actually every BN article I clicked on got the pay for access thing. Are they trying this again? I recall back about 2 years or so you got like 10 articles free a month or something, then no more access without paying. Seemed like eventually they gave up on it, maybe they are trying again. Actually when they started limiting access (as did Roch D&C) I started reading the Syracuse articles much more. Just can't see in this day and age with as much free stuff as there is out there, anyone hardly paying for a subscription. Seems they'll lose more viewers than having articles with ads?? I've read the article twice. It doesn't say that at all. I even went and looked on about another 10 links and no where does it state the team is required/forced to sign him. It doesn't state they are NOT required, but doesn't state they are required either. All of the links are stated in language that assumes the team wants the player, so the team "gets him"

So what exactly is normal. Do you have any statistics to show when a new coach and GM take over, what percentage of players on average remain? But would also have to determine the quality of the players inherited too which is pretty much impossible to compare. From what is posted pretty much all the complaints center around Vlad being here and that they cut the backup running back who two months ago everyone was posting how screwed we were for letting Mike G leave and now are stuck with Williams as the backup.

I sense Pegs isn't the type of owner that is impatient and wants immediate results or will change course like in Washington, or Cleveland. But he also realized he made a big mistake with Rex so made a quick move to fix it. And he may have also leaned from that to not have a coach and GM that aren't both on the same page, so he also moved on from DW. I really believe they will get at least four years (of the five they are signed to) to show they are going in the right direction. With all the draft picks they have next year, can certainly see by year 3 of their tenure should see improvement and in year 4 should be solid. They also seem to have the front office in place to find talent.

The other thing Yates has going against him is that his salary for the entire season is guaranteed if on roster opening day. But the one thing in his favor is TT is also out right now. My guess is Yates will be on the roster today, but IF TT isready for next weeks game, Yates may be cut on Friday or so.
