How long before Diggs demands a new deal?

Bills trainers are placing banana peels and trip wires in front of specific lockers as we speak under the direction of Beane.

I bought it as out of market, so easier than messing with other methods. Admittedly, the number of times Bills are on national TV does make you question if it's worth it.

Think WR is near the top of list. I was against drafting two this past year as rookies need a lot of TLC and having two rookies in one year, IMO would stunt their growth. Coleman now has one year under belt, draft another and extend likely Shakir. Could also see LB and DE near the top to depends on what happens with Milano and how AJE plays. I kind of agree that if Brown walks, replacement may be in house.

Recall years back when Jason Peters tore his Achilles tendon he was using one of those scooters to get around and it broke due to him exceeding the weight limit of the scooter. Last I read about it he was trying to sue the scooter manufacturer.

Is this to be the 3rd string QB? OK fine, but he's not replacing Trubisky. Regardless of what you think, there's a lot to be said for being familiar with the system so very unlikely this would happen.

Every year there is the Duke Williams award given to the player who if he's cut by Beane will get grabbed up another team but in end doesn't and instead ends up on the Bills PS. Joe Andreessen will be this years run away winner! Admittedly he had looked very good and with the injuries at LB, good chance he makes the 53 so we may never know. But past experiences show the front offices of teams have a better understanding of what an NFL player really looks like as these guys every year aren't often picked up.

The other question to ask, do you think they'll go with 2 kickers on the 53?? 😀

That's the difference, Peyton is from the south so he listens better. He was asked to name 5 so he named 5. Herbert based on pure talent probably deserves that #5 spot and who else would you pick? I wouldn't give it to Stroud based on one year, need to see consistently.

McGovern has done OK, but think it's kind of a pointless move as I would be very surprised if by the 2025 season the starting center isn't SVPG so would it have been better to just roll with him this year. To me this was going to be a transition year anyway and that was prior to all the latest injuries.

Was just one game for Andreessen, don't recall anything about last week, but from what I've also read even before Andreessen great game yesterday, sounded like Morrow was in trouble of being cut.

I think a better chance Edwards goes to IR, but then is released with injury settlement as from what I read, didn't sound like he looked that good even when he was playing in the spring. It may be they keep him more out of desperation. I wonder too, with this new designation, is the a minimum number of weeks you need to be on IR, 6 games I'll assume??

Rules changed, you can now put 2 players on IR before final cuts and bring them back during the season. Don't know if you have to designate who the 2 are or can wait and see how the injuries work out? But either way, he can start out on IR. With the injuries that happened yesterday, wouldn't be shocked if Milano is moved to IR in next couple of days.

Recall back was in 1991 or 92, Kelly got hurt, out for 3 weeks, maybe people thought the Bills would lose all 3, Reich came in and won all 3. In those same years recall the Bills going 0-5 in pre-season and then went to SB. If the games matter and Allen's hurt and not playing, then lets see where things are. As other posts state, you can't base anything on pre-season. Mitch has probably played as well as Wilson, so if a guy like that is NG, the Bills aren't getting a better backup.

Once the starters are out and even past 2nd string, think there's a big advantage to Bears having already played a game, particularly WRT special teams. Aside from Martin, Many of these guys toward bottom of roster may never have even played ST. Wonder too do coaching staffs sometimes try to get embarrassed in pre-season game to use as a wake up call?

That may be what keeps Collins on the roster, do they want to go with 4 backups with essentially no experience. Agree too they may find a vet cut from another team and sign him instead. Article also stated a similar thing could happen at safety or I'll add maybe Hyde?
