This is probably a difficult concept for Rodak, but had the Bills not beat them, the Jets, Raiders, Falcons would all have winning records, the Broncos would be .500 Only Tampa Bay would still have a losing record.

Yes, no doubt, but the clamoring for Cousins is without merit. Great passing stats, losing record. He is not considered a leader by the team management or players. You will hear all sorts of excuses for his play, but the bottom line is that he just does not have it. The Redskins are moving on. Buyer beware.

In the past couple of years I would have expected a let down and poor effort. This is a far different team. I would be shocked if the Bills were not ready and playing their butts off on Thursday. It does not guarantee a win, or that the breaks will go their way, but this team will not take a game for granted.

Boldin is a guy who had the reputation throughout his career of being the ultimate professional, a team first guy, and a leader. When he determined his heart really was not in it, he quit. Poor example.

A big issue it seems to me is lack of consistent push up the middle. Kyle does not seem to have the explosion he once had and Dareus, who they are paying to be that guy, is a shadow of his once dominating self, forcing them to use lesser players in that role. I expect a penetrating DT is going to be a very high priority in next year's draft. All great pass rushing teams have this.
