  1. There is quite a bit of that going around.
  2. I think you are way off base here. Even in slow motion Kiko had plenty of time to read and react to what was happening. The fact is he did read it, and chose to lower his shoulder into Flacco's head. I do not think i have seen a more egregious example of intent to injure all year.
  3. Alonzo should hsve been ejected for that play. Without question. The NFL is a complete joke when it comes to protecting players.
  4. The Bills have already paid him his signing bonus, for 2 weeks of work. Bolton is not in any way being mistreated here. He knew the score. The Bills have rights and are exercising them. Very simple.
  5. Thanks for staying engaged. You have already made a difference at TBN.
  6. Boldin is a guy who had the reputation throughout his career of being the ultimate professional, a team first guy, and a leader. When he determined his heart really was not in it, he quit. Poor example.
  7. A big issue it seems to me is lack of consistent push up the middle. Kyle does not seem to have the explosion he once had and Dareus, who they are paying to be that guy, is a shadow of his once dominating self, forcing them to use lesser players in that role. I expect a penetrating DT is going to be a very high priority in next year's draft. All great pass rushing teams have this.
  8. I was actually hoping it would be Goodbye.
  9. Yes, but those of us that do can certainly appreciate it. Good one. KM will certainly be missed at TBN. She was a breath of fresh air, and I look forward to reading her work in the Post.
  10. If anyone has watched Dareus play this year at all, they should not have to ask this question.
  11. No, it really was not the main reason they lost. Failing to convert turnovers to points is why they lost. Who would you have suggested cover Green given the CBs on the field yesterday? White was the best they had on the field, by a mile. He did a very credible job. He was not covering Green on the Q4 long pass I believe.
  12. Unfortunately the NFL allows those hits - not against the rules. They were several similar tackles yesterday, some by the Bills. Each time I am amazed the player taking that hit is not injured. It is time the NFL did away with targeting of the knees by DBs.
  13. Bills 23 Bungles 20 The pass rush will do enough to force some mistakes by Dalton when they get behind. The short passing game is going nowhere with strong tackling by the bills in the short zones. Nail biter, but a win.
  14. A surprisingly cogent article from Rodak. Gilmore' performance this year should surprise no one as he displayed a me first, all about the money attitude when here, and is the anthesis of a leader. The Bills were absolutely right to walk away from making him one of the most highly paid CBs in the league. Not the kind of player you want to put near the top of your salary scale, as the Bills are finding out with Dareus now.
  15. The criticism coming out of TBN has been over the top for some time, by any measure. The relationship between the Pegula's, their teams, and TBN has been bad, and it goes back to their original purchase of the Sabres and Terry's attempt to reign in their negativity with a face to face meeting. It was not taken well and it spiraled down from there. Their reporters were quite literally frozen out by the previous Bills regime - no access. Not really better for the Sabres. There definitely seems to be a thaw lately. Perhaps partially related to the new management with both teams, partially due to new management at TBN. The end result is we are seeing balanced reporting, reporters actually gaining access to team sources and players, and better overall product from TBN as a result. I hope it continues.
  16. Agreed. I am strangely confident. We will see what they are made of today. Go Bills
  17. Is it just me or is there no reason at all to care what Rodak thinks about anything?
  18. Agreed it's going to come. He is definitely adding value right now. It seems to me that McD tends to sub for him in obvious passing situations. This could be just part of natural rotation, but it seems to me he has more confidence in Yarborough and Lorax as edge rushers right now. I think Lawson will continue to improve though.
  19. That would have been a good arguement to resign him before his contract expired, which they did. As many people seem to forget, with Dareus coming off an absolutely dominating year, they signed him to a market value contract to retain him. Bills fans rejoiced. Unfortunately, he has been terrible since. He clearly has motivation issues, he is out of shape, and playing like a replacement level player at best. At his current level of play, they will do just as well with the JAGs they have been rotating in. Moving on from him at this current level will not cause the team to miss a beat. He is hardly any longer a "star player". I seriously doubt he has it in him to regain his once premier level of play, regardless of where he ends up.
  20. That's your right. See how that works?
  21. Very questionable call on Ritchie.
  22. Though it was tipped. Need to see it again
