Maybe Roman wasn't the problem in SF - musings from Bay Area
SF Bills Fan replied to GG's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bingo- I have discussed this with Niners fans (who know football) and Roman gets a lot of credit for his work here. He did a ton with Kap, Davis, Gore and no receivers. He knew how to use Kap and he knows how to use Taylor. These guys are very similar though everyone has been saying Kap is a much better QB than Taylor- time will tell there. We got the best possible OC to come in and use the weapons the Bills have. Savvy head coaches like Ryan know it- they can turn the play calling and responsibility over to Roman and not worry. Roman has to absolutely love the the situation and weapons he has in Buffalo. -
Hammer's Lot Mentioned On MSN Travel!
SF Bills Fan replied to HereComesTheReignAgain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Buffalo should be higher than Oakland for sure and arguably higher than Cincy and Indy. Ive been to Cincy on a game day and it is not exactly rockin. The Niners new stadium draws mainly complaints too. Also, RWS stadium was upgraded so this guy is behind the times. -
The Raiders have figured out how to use Kahlil Mack
SF Bills Fan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Living in the Bay Area, I see more of the Raiders than I might want to. The Niners are sliding to oblivion, but the Raiders are on the rise. Carr is a good young QB. they may be in good shape in a few years. Of course, they will be in LA at that point. -
Predictions for New York Giants Game
SF Bills Fan replied to NextYearGuys's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A big win for us. Over 17 points differential at least. Next week will be an even bigger slaughter even in Tennessee. Tyrod is going to go lights out the next two weeks. -
Who's going to be the first coach fired this year?
SF Bills Fan replied to BmarvB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Philbin will be gone after next weekend if they lose to Jets. Pagano is a good coach. The GM is not supplying the talent for Luck -
Visiting Buffalo Again: Embassy Suites or Hyatt?
SF Bills Fan replied to john_bult's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lots of new hotels downtown these days. Embassy looks good. Maybe try new Marriott- it's owned by Pegula too -
Bears trade Jon Bostic to Pats
SF Bills Fan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's rare to see a wholesale dismantling in the NFL like this. You see it more and other leagues. And it's really early in the season too. -
Will NE hit a wall this season?
SF Bills Fan replied to thronethinker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I should have elaborated that was talking regular and post season. Bengals are looking like solid playoff contender, so could tangle with Pats then. I am actively rooting for every team that plays Pats no matter who they are. If a team was made up of ISIS members with Jeffrey Dahmer at QB I would root for them against Pats. -
Will NE hit a wall this season?
SF Bills Fan replied to thronethinker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is so early. Lots of unknowns too with injuries etc. They look great, but teams will start to see more clearly how to beat them. I feel that us or Cincy probably offer the best chance to derail them this year. We get our shot again. -
Shady Listed as Proable for Sunday vs. Cincinnati
SF Bills Fan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Easy decision- sit him. Karlos is carrying the load for now and we have many contributors on the offense. Giants and Tennessee are two game that are ideal to sit him. -

Great story on the guy who recorded Bills' Shout song...
SF Bills Fan replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't know who usually handles those things, but I would imagine it would take less than a day to easily get that together. -
Great story on the guy who recorded Bills' Shout song...
SF Bills Fan replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just had a thought here- I can't imagine this guy got paid a lot for the song, maybe the fans can do a fund campaign along the lines of what we did for Guiness to come to pay for his trip and make it a nice honeymoon.put him up at the new Marriott get the Bills tickets etc. If he wants sing the song- he can. Think about how many times we have celebrated with that song. This would be great pay back. Now that would make a great story -

I always wondered about that song. I always figured it was some Bills fan, but wondered why he was not known. -
Houston radio host on Bills and their fans
SF Bills Fan replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have heard and read worse. It's not particularly malicious. There is a kernel of truth there as it does seem like things have gotten drunker and rowdier in recent times at games. You could write a piece like this about any place. My company is based in Houston and I go there a lot. It has some nice areas and some really awful ones. And it is complete misery in the summer. We are constantly mocking that place whenever we discuss the home office. The major difference between a place like Buffalo and Houston is that people from Buffalo know that Buffalo has lots of problems and is not the greatest place on earth but we still love it anyways. People from Houston are delusional and really do think that city is the greatest place on earth. -
Week 2 Survivor pool crushes the masses...
SF Bills Fan replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm in two other pools and still alive because I picked Pitt in both yesterday. In one of only 10 still alive out of 71 and that is with 6 members picking Indy tonight. the other has 25 out of 200. NO, Baltimore and Miami decimated everything yesterday. I was so close to going w/NO too. -
He played like a guy starting his second game in the NFL against the Super Bowl champs. The O-line didn't help him much and Bellichik put in a good plan to confuse a guy that is essentially a rookie. But, he found his rythym and made some decent plays as the game went on. I think he will be fine. I'm more concerned with our lack of discipline leading to penalties and the D which was not great today. Most teams in this league you can get 32 points and win. Not with Pats. I'm astounded we were in a position to tie at end.

Going to Pats @ Bills Game Sunday - Few Questions
SF Bills Fan replied to john_bult's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Adams Mark used to be the Hilton and was the main hotel downtown. Now, there are lots of newer ones including a new Hilton. It is located well, at least. Check out Blue Monk, Big Ditch Brewery, Resurgence Brewey and 716. Gabriel's Gate has best wings. Buffalo Chophouse if you want a good steak -
I think Chiefs tonight- tough place to play.

Exactly. Knock him out for season
