  1. If you don't get it thrown out, you need to go to traffic school to get the points taken off your license. Otherwise, your insurance will be very high. It'll be high anyway sincew you are young. This will be an expensive ticket. Maybe the officer won't show up. Look at it this way, at least you weren't drunk. A ticket isn't the worst thing. Go Bills
  2. How is it looking for Cocoa Beach? The projected path looks like it will be a direct hit. I saw that they were evacuating this morning. Go Bills
  3. Fly out West. Check out the Grand Canyon. Not sure where you would fly into. You will probably have to do some driving. Other alternatives- fly into a Southern California (Orange County) airport. Not LAX- maybe Ontario or John Wayne and go to Anaheim. You can go to Disneyland or a baseball game. Weather will be great and hotels are all over the place. The kids would still be thrilled to be going to Disney. Go Bills
  4. We have a place (luckily empty right now) in Cocoa Beach and it look like it is projected to hit there directly. Not too good. Go Bills
  5. I took it last year. It was about $120 round trip per person. That was for basic service. You can go first class and you could even get a private coach with dinner etc. It's a great way to go. You go from downtown Paris to downtown London and avoid cabs and other hassles associated with air travel. I recommend it. BTW- nice vatar Go Bills
  6. Agreed, I hate the Dolphins, but he is swindling the team out of their money. He doesn't deserve that cash. I know this kind of thing has happened before and it isn't a precedent, but this is much higher profile. If he gets away with it, this could have serious ramifications as to how the teams structure contracts Go Bills
  7. That was Nelly, I think. I'm sick of all that crap too. The only reason to watch those awards is to make fun of the stupidity and vanity of the majority of the celebrities. Go Bills
  8. Active roster all the way. He will be back in time for the last 3rd of the season. Any tiem he gets in a game will be valuable to his development. Go Bills
  9. I flew into Boise on the way to Sun Valley and it looked pretty nice. Landlocked, but surrounded by mountains which makes up for it. Go Bills
  10. Agreed- it was a pain until I realized that you can control it and fast forward through the ones that are not of interest. That said, I've been considering Boise Idaho and Bend Oregon as possible relocation sites. Those places are listed. San Francisco has to be the most overpriced city in the country and Im gettting pretty sick of it. Go Bills
  11. Below the methodology part. They break it into 6 categories. Click on those and they run through 10 locations for ech one. Go Bills
  12. That is a good point. But there are jobs in Buffalo, not as plentiful as elsewhere, but they exist. Some of the other cities on the list would be tough places to find jobs too. Beyond service related jobs. Go Bills
  13. Buffalo is not on the list and that is very surpising and kind of irritating. That is one of the major things that Buffalo has going for it. Buffalo gets passed over by the media quite often. http://biz.yahoo.com/fo/60cheap04.html Go Bills
  14. Yes, it was a horrible error. Go Bills
  15. It's Kentucky. They say "This small family from Northern Kentucky.." This goes agaist some of the clues they gave in the past, but that is what they said. Go Bills
  16. I'd take a drive down Delaware to see all the old mansions. Check out some of the neighborhoods off of Delaware too. The Albright-Knox would be a great place to go too. Then maybe take a walk down to the park. I'm from OP too. I will be back in Buffalo Labor Day weekend, and I'm going to go down and take a look at the Martin House as well. Go Bills
  17. I think you are right. The NFL won't take on the CFL. After L.A. gets filled, there really are a few options beyond the ones I stated. The danger is that the lease situation will make it easier to leave because it is on a sliding scale and gets progressively cheaper. We can breathe easier when the L.A. area is not an option. The other cities are open for a team, but they don't have groups actively looking as far as I know. Go Bills
  18. There are some cities that would love a team. Portland, San Antonio (has a dome already), Orlando (Citrus Bowl), Toronto (SkyDone) and Austin, TX to name the obvious ones. This is still a very crucial and dangerous time for the franchise. Go Bills
