  1. I suspect that’s about the same as saying Whaley was the GM, but Buddy Nix was still in the building. Doesn’t really matter, but either way, they are hurting.
  2. Moss has no trade value, you are spot on. If cut, he’d be lucky to catch on an active roster at this point. I have to assume, Gilliam hasn’t shown the ability to be the hammer in practice. Otherwise, he would be getting those carries.
  3. I don’t know as you can definitively put teams over them, but I’d still take Baltimore over them, regardless of the 4th quarter last game. I know teams are stumbling, but I haven’t seen much besides one explosive quarter to get excited about. If you buy for one second, he didn’t have a major role in the RW move, idk what to tell you.
  4. The only way Denver gets in is a WC, they are going to finish 4th in their division. Russ looks old and HACKet looks like a Hack. I think Elway finally signed his resignation from roster decisions this off season. He’s played a dangerous game and won once on it, the difference is, the team is no where near as good as when the ghost of Peyton’s past came in and just had to exist to win. Even with a good version of RW, I thought they were questionable, as of right now, they are in trouble.
  5. Let’s pump the brakes on Miami, let them see what a real team looks like and go from there.
  6. I get that, but I don’t think you are going out and getting somebody in and up to speed much quicker.
  7. Stevenson should be cut as soon as he’s back.
  8. Depth is getting thin in a hurry. Hopefully, Tre is close.
  9. Looks like a wasted 2nd round pick so far, hope he finds something more to offer.
  10. End of the day, they barely beat the worst team in Football and moved up the ranks, past “average”, which is absolute non-sense and there are polls out there with them in the top 10.
  11. Not to mention, you can’t rush it or you end up with a full cow, tricky stuff.
  12. If you plan to Uber, you need to walk away from the stadium or as suggested, just go grab a bite to eat and hang out after. Either works, but no driver in their right mind will come close to the stadium after the game.
  13. Love the Eagles flying up the ranks after struggling to beat Detroit.. what a joke.
  14. He definitely got it handed to him a few times early on, but the scheme was drawn up to neutralize the pass rush, now doubt about it. Good scheme, good execution, hopefully it’s more of the same this year, the guys all gel together a bit more and he looks great again.
  15. Excuses don’t matter is about it.. The Broncos should have blown that team out, they allowed it to be close enough to lose it.. input that largely on the terrible game plan/play calling.
  16. Fair enough, I think there’s a pretty solid gap between Jackson and the rookies.. probably the effects of time in the system more than anything. That said, it’s an opinion and we all have one, so we know what that’s worth 😂
  17. My point was in regards to the post I quoted, where he questions if they should be rotated like the DL. The answer is obviously no. Jackson and White are clearly the best players by a wide margin, you shouldn’t take them off the field unless they need a rest. The DL rotation has largely been because there was nobody clearly better than another in the past. They were all mediocre, so they might as well be fresh. Watch what happens this year when the game is on the line, Von isn’t going to be subbing out constantly. Assuming Oliver turns the corner, neither will he. These rotations are the same thing that Parcells said, “ if you have 2 QBs, you don’t have one”, if you have 6 DEs, you don’t have one either. With Von in the mix, hopefully Groot emerges, maybe they can rotate Boogie and Oliver a little, but the real players will be on the field. White and Jackson will be on the field until Benford/Elam can take Jackson’s job and I’d bet Benford will be the first off the bench for a while, he’s the better player at this moment.
  18. And it happened, the record shows Seattle 1-0.
  19. I completely disagree with you, he was out of the pocket all the time in his early years, he was always moving to pass. The box score doesn’t tell the story.
