I’m a physician. There is a difference between malpractice and a known complication. The physician can do everything correctly and a complication can still occur. Of course he/she could have also committed malpractice by not ensuring he was in the correct area or not paying attention to what he/she is doing. The consent does not absolve the physician of liability especially if they commit an error. Explaining potential complications to a patient is part of informed consent. It does not waive a patient’s rights. We mark the surgical site before surgery to ensure the correct site is used when laterality is an issue. We have right and left knees, breasts, feet, eyes, lungs. It’s imperative to double check xrays and check with the patient before surgery. Many errors can occur solely relying on the physician order or notes where right and left can be mistakenly entered into the record. You can not tell the difference between a right and left knee on X-ray or MRI unless it is properly labeled.

Agree. Often times if they kick the FG early it saves enough time on the clock and timeouts to kickoff instead of going for the onsife kick.

I love it. It is not without it's limitations though. Without a TE on the field the defense switches to dime package and it is still hard to run the ball. With Knox it forces them to consider run or pass. 4 WR set is best with a bunch formation to one side and a single WR to the other.

You are forgetting the context. Hopkins was traded for a RB and a 2nd round pick. Most would agree Hopkins is a top 2 or 3 WR and Diggs was more in the 5-10 range. I think most thought a first round pick was fair but when compared to how little Arizona gave up the question was asked if Buffalo outpriced the market. The consensus among almost everyone on this board was the Bills paid a fair price and the Texans got fleeced.

Base defense is a 4-2-5. There is rarely a third linebacker on the field. So far neither opponent has been able to run the ball against the Bills nickel. Dodson has no place to start if Milano is healthy. But he might rotate into the game for a few plays.

I would have taken away 3 carries from Moss and give them to Josh. This week maybe make it closer to 5 or 7 more carries. Donald is a beast and getting Josh outside will be wise.

One trick pony? He threw for over 4000 yards and 20 TD his rookie year. That would be double what Allen did his rookie year. He has been a top 10 QB when healthy and endured hits in and outside the pocket that no other QB took. It remains to be seen if he can keep up this pace, but Cam going to New England keeps them competitive.

I see no reason Buffalo can't go 6-0 in the division. Patriots are probably a bit smoke and mirrors right now with a little bit of unknown how to play against Cam.

Newton is playing well but Buffalo has a better roster. They both have difficult schedules. Both defenses are strongest in the secondary. Bills WR group is far better. Injuries and head to head will decide the division.

Bad coaching. Seattle 3rd and 1 was terrible call. Not calling time out after Edelman catch along sideline cost them two shots at endzone. Cam then misses TD to Edelman. Last play Seattle is selling out. Any fake run their scores easily and as others said a 5 WR set is also a walk in TD.

NFL is about doing the ordinary consistently and the amazing a few times a game. Davis makes a ridiculous catch. Wilson throws gping backwards while jumping in the air to convert a 3rd down. Amazing!
