  1. Its 3 1st’s and a 4th, not a 2nd. But to move up to #2 it will cost a lot, but if he’s their guy, and he’s there, I think they should go for it.
  2. If Cleveland doesnt take the USC QB #1 overall, Is it pretty much guaranteed McDermott & Beane try to move Heaven & Earth in order to get Darnold? Could see a deal directly with the Giants... #21, #22, 2019 1st Round Pick, 2019 4th Round Pick & OT- Cordy Glenn for #2. Or could we see two deals? Trade to say, #7 with Tampa (#21 & 2019 1st Round Pick), and then Trade #7 plus Glenn plus #22 for #2? Regardless, I just think they have been rumored to really like Darnold. If Cleveland takes a different guy, I could see the Bills making the move for Darnold. If Darnold is taken #1? I honestly see them staying put and taking Rudolph.
  3. If Darnold slips past first overall I’d bet a lot of money the Bills do what’s necessary to move up for him. He’s totally a McDermott type of player. I think Taylor/Allen is a good prediction for Arizona. If it was Keenum, I wouldn’t be too upset... but at that point I’d probably just keep Tyrod if there wasn’t a rookie drafted
  4. I think you draft a QB In round one or two and sign a guy as well.
  5. I see him going in the 4th and later in a lot of mocks. Too small to be a primary Tight end. Doesn’t seem fast enough to be a wide receiver or primary back... but I could see him as a pass catcher out of the backfield that can do some of the goal line lifting for McCoy. I think Daboll will want guys like this and another tight end as well to give the team the ability to run as many different sets as possible. A guy like Samuels really gives the offense some different looks, and he’s a guy that can fit into a modern offense.
  6. The only guy I see them trading up for is Darnold. If Cleveland goes with Rosen/Mayfield/Allen at #1, I could see some combo of #21, #22, 2019 1st Round Pick & Cordy Glenn in exchange for #2. Gentleman has history with Beane & McDermott in Carolina, and we’re the only team with two 1st round picks in 2018. And The Giants have a major need at Left Tackle. But if Cleveland takes Darnold #1, I see the Bills staying at 21 & 22 and taking a guy like Rudolph.
  7. I think Taylor and Cordy are the two that will be gone. Just my 2 cents based on how the season went. Glenn’s situation is similar to sammy’s In my opinion, with the talent, but can he stay healthy, and if there’s a team that will take him, take the hit this year and open that money up for 2019.
  8. I think his contract and injury status might affect that a bit. And honestly I don’t see them wanting to keep his contract on the books, so eating the dead cap sooner rather than later will be beneficial to them. Just my personal belief on what the organization is thinking.
  9. I just wonder about them drafting any underclassmen. I mean, wasn’t EVERY pick from last year a senior? I could see them really liking a guy like Josey Jewell out of Iowa, could also probably be had in the 3rd or 4th. But Vander Esch brings a lot of size and mobility...
  10. I understand that people have varying valuations, but two players who look like likely trade candidates this off-season, are Tyrod Taylor & Cordy Glenn... when looking at any trade of players for picks. Is it more likely we get Picks for the upcoming 2018 draft, or Picks that don’t come until 2019? My assumption is that they can get more value if they wait a year to receive the compensation, and could put certain conditions on them as well.
  11. Right now I would go this way if possible: 1. Mason Rudolph- QB- Oklahoma St. 1. Harrison Phillips- DT- Stanford 2. James Washington- WR- Oklahoma St. 2. Isaiah Wynn- OL- Georgia 3. Josey Jewell- LB- Iowa 3. Jaylen Samuels- RB- NC State* 4. Troy Fumagalli- TE- Wisconsin 5. Alex Cappa- OT- Humboldt St. 5. Hercules Mata’afa- DE- Washington St. * I believe they’ll get an extra 3rd in a Cordy Glenn trade. i think they’ll also sign a veteran QB to start in front of Rudolph, either Bridgewater/Bradford or possibly McCarron if he becomes a UFA.
  12. I think Arizona is a good spot. They have a lot of holes. Could allow them to draft other positions early and draft a developmental QB behind Taylor later on in the draft. A 3rd for Tyrod & a conditional 6th Round Pick in 2019???
  13. If Smith gets multiple picks and a player, Tyrod should be worth at least a 4th, or even a 3rd.
  14. I think Rudolph has an accurate enough deep ball to make him 1st round worthy. Of all thhose guys he’s the one I’d take. I’d Lauletta is there in the 4th or 5th, take him too, but I think he goes before that.
  15. I think they should take a QB. But I do wonder if they will. I could totally see this group group saying that they’re a Saquon Barkley away from a good playoff run.
  16. I’m a Fumagalli guy myself. Just a gut feeling, but he’s got good mits. Could also see him slipping because of the missing finger (I believe it was form birth, but he’s only got 9 fingers). Scouts and teams are weird about stuff like that. Same reason I don’t think a team will use a pick on Griffith from UCF even though I think he’s a Day 2 talent.
  17. Could he go undrafted because of the hand??? Regardless, he’s a really intriguing player.
  18. The thing I like about this year is that there will be running backs in the 3rd and 4th rounds that earn 2nd round grades. Penny is my guy there. The other thing i like is that the Bills have themselves set up with a lot of picks and can do a lot of things. They have a lot of areas to cover, but they will likely try to add some cheaper free agents for about 3-4 of those potentialstarting spots, and the draft for the rest. Theyve got a good hold of the cap now. They have to eat some this year, but after this year, and then in 2020, they’ll be ina really good position cap wise and could really be in nice shape if they continue solid development in the draft.
  19. I’m going to assume that Keenum will get tagged if a deal is not reached. Bridgewater will gonout to be a starter wherever he can. Bradford will go and become a starter for a team with a rookie as the backup.
  20. I could see them going after a Bridgewater and drafting Rudolph. Year 1: see if Bridgewater can stay healthy Year 2: If Bridgewater can’t stay healthy, move to Rudolph. If he can, let him try to become a franchise guy.
  21. White. Quarterback is first. Elite pass Rusher is second. Lock down corner is 3rd. White is a lockdown corner. He will be for years. Start with him and you can build a defense around that.
  22. Im not comparing. Or st least I didn’t mean to. All I’m saying is that there’s actually a decent amount of quarterbacks who don’t have the biggest or strongest arms but yet are very good quarterbacks. I understand your hesitations and doubt in the guy. I just don’t see how people can say that about Rudolph, yet act like Mayfield has been playing against the SEC. he had a solid game against Georgia, a great defense, but one game is a pretty small sample size.
  23. I would assume it’s people that are fans of Mayfield and hope to see a similar system installed here.
  24. Aaron Lynch? He had 12 combined sacks in his first two years, then fell off the map a bit. I wonder if he could be a “buy-low” candidate?
