The Raiders have a free agent named Nicholas Morrow who I think could be a low key Milano replacement. He doesn't get as much publicity as Milano but he is a similar player. I think the Raiders want to bring him back, but if he gets to the tampering period without signing a contract I would for sure put in a call to his agent.

Brandon Marshall’s HOA combine/workout

100% agree on Chaz. He is a hard pass for me. Does he have incredible physical abilities but watching his film he is hesitant. Actually reminds me a lot of a smaller Edmunds. -
I think its a British, and People Magazine reader thing. They are literally just a family with a lot of money. They dont really do anything.

Its gotten worse because easily fooled people just got a tax return. That said, I bought two.

What I fail to understand is how one can break off from the royal family and still be called "Prince" Harry? I also dont understand why anyone cares about a centuries old aristocracy with literally no power anymore. Stop giving these people interviews.

When it comes to backup Quartback, they legitimately dont have the cash to bring in anyone worth playing if Allen goes down. And lets be honest, if Josh misses any extended period of time the season is over anyways. Save the money, let Webb and Fromm battle it out in camp to see how can hold down the fort.

Future Buffalo Bill Kyle Rudolph

This may be true but Smith was also playing behind Delaine Walker for the better part of his first two years. Walker was a Pro Bowler in both those years. Knox was pretty much the #1 Tight End. -

The Bills are looking to get more physical in the trenches. Joe Thuney is a sub 300 pound Guard. He is a good player, but I dont see him as someone they'd be looking at. -
I mean except the time he traded Bill's backup and future starting QB to make Brady happy. Kraft isnt some open wallet lemming for God's sake.

Ben takes pay cut in new deal with Steelers
thenorthremembers replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree. Who else were they going to get? You saw what they looked like with Mason Rudolph and Duck Hodges. You dont get rid of a guy who throws 33 touchdowns to 10 ints unless you have another guy who can do that, and only 7 other QBs in the entire NFL did that last year. Ben isn't 2014 Ben anymore, but he still gives them a better shot at getting the the playoffs than anyone else on the free agency market or anyone they are going to be able to draft at 24. -
So there are no victims of drug crimes? How many people were robbed or murdered because an addict was looking for his next fix? Literally had a friend of mine die because she kept letting her addict husband put poison in her veins. Shes dead, he was out of jail in two years and is now onto his next victim. Winslow is a scumbag and got off easy but lets not pretend most addicts arent scumbags too.

Eagles submit rules change to onside kick

Exactly. They need to stop fixing things that arent broken. -
They had to 86 the money they were spending on conceptual designs to help pay their mediocre coach?

Available players released from other teams

I dont think its crazy at all. Its actually pretty logical, even rich people dont like putting money in a toilet and flushing it. I dont see how the product suffers? They will still employ professional football players. It's not like they are looking to replace the cuts with a bunch of guys they find at Tim Hortons. -
Gabe Jackson to be released

Depends on what they do with Morse. The only way I'd consider it is if Feliciano moves to center. Otherwise I'd rather just pay Felciano to play right guard. I'd really prefer them to look to get younger along the O-Line. -

Didnt they bring up the same idea last year? I think its stupid. While picking up a 4th and 15 is rare, its more likely to happen than something like an onside kick. In my opinion, if a team needs a miracle to win a game despite losing for 59 minutes, you dont change rules to make them more likely to have a chance.- 74 replies

Gabe Jackson to be released
thenorthremembers replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wouldnt rush out to sign Gabe Jackson. He was one of the best Guards in football three years ago but he is on the downside of his career. He is still starting quality, but I would argue that when you consider age, availability, performance and money, he probably isnt a major upgrade over Feliciano. It's a very good draft for Offensive Lineman. It would take a very special case for me to want the Bills to rush out to sign a 30 year old player when you have so many younger options to consider. -
If/When we sign a FA TE, who's most likely
thenorthremembers replied to BeastMode54's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its going to be Rudolph. I cannot see them paying Hunter Henry or Jonnu Smith when they used a 3rd round pick on Knox two years ago. On Everett, the point of bringing in a second TE is to be able to use 12 personnel, Everett is too similar to Knox in my opinion. He is only marginally better when it comes to hands, and Knox is the better blocker. In signing Rudolph you upgrade the overall position, have the ability to use 12 personnel more often and more effectively, and you also bring a veteran leader into your locker room. I honestly think its a no brainer. -
Even with Watt I still see the Cards as a 9 win team. I have no doubt their defense will be very good, but it all comes down to Quarterback in the NFL and I dont think Murray is ever going to be elite. Make no mistake about he is a good Quarterback, but if you're serious about contending for a Super Bowl, you better have an elite player at that position. There are outliers, I just dont see it in the division they play in.

Love the idea. Good buddy of Eric Wood so may be an easy sell. That said, I dont do anything over 6 a year for the guy.
