My disclaimer is this is a job and if an employee has a family tragedy they should be allowed time to get their head straight. Unfortunately this happened at one of the worst times. However, the take that it's just a kids game is one of the lamest things I've read on these forums. Yes, young children can play this sport, but they are are not getting paid generational wealth amounts of money, by a league worth many billions of dollars, funded by thousands (just for one games ticket sales) of fans making way less money.
