  1. Do you dislike the premise or the absolute nonsense of posting things you see on Facebook? I just gave it a good, hearty laugh. I love the idea of acquiring Jimmy G, but this is just a bunch of ridiculous.
  2. McLoughlan was saying there is nothing special about Cousins a week or so ago in the media. Some are connecting the dots and assuming that the Browns will eliminate themselves from the Cousins sweepstakes because of McLoughlans presence on the staff. These same folks may be keen on the Bills acquiring Cousins. That is all.
  3. He'll get some late round buzz, but he's not the answer. Watch Petermans 2016 highlight reel and ask yourself who is a better prospect. And I am not at all insinuating that Peterman is the answer.
  4. My father without a doubt. He woukd go to games with friends when I was really young and I wanted to be part of that. After going to my first game I was even more hooked.
  5. I says pardon? Are you telling me I haven't read 15 or more posts of people suggesting replacing MCCoy for someone with a lower cap hit and that RB's are a dime a dozen? Well, then I guess I must have imagined it. Pathetic, stupid me. Great call internet tough guy!
  6. It's funny how a good number of people want Shady cut or traded. That is about as dumb as it gets. He's the best player on the team, 30 or not. He gives it all on the field and has a solid rep as a teammate. His cap hit is hardly impactful. Add to that the sentiment expressed in this article and how could you want a guy like that gone?
  7. No surprise here. LeSean loved being an Eagle and he was, and is, an elite weapon that could definitely help them win a Super Bowl. Why wouldn't they try? Wonder what the offer was.
  8. Happy to see him hang up his cleats. Great person and player with an incredible passion for the game, but he is one hit from life in a wheelchair. Always will be a big AW fan. Edit: That was a great piece of writing. Jut reiterated my above sentiments.
  9. I very much expect the next Bills player news to be Kyle. God bless him and the heart he brought to the team for his tenure here, but he should walk away on a high note with his health intact.
  10. The NFL could use a minor league. McMahon's ego is too big to do it, but it would be the best thing for the game. Although the on-field product of the NFLis hurting, in no small part due to the officiating, and the league has been plagued by off-field scandal with domestic abuse, murder and the anthem, we are so loyal to the league as football fans it will be an immense challenge to draw the vast majority of fans away.
  11. I may be focusing in on the Juan position coach that needs replacing.
  12. That's the only logical reason to retain the group, but it seems very unlikely that two opposing offensive philosophies would hold the same staff in place.
  13. One of the many reasons I am so happy to have girls. They know I played and my eldest has asked me about it, but she's much more keen on soccer, dance and gymnastics. Injuries can be bad in two of the three, but nothing like the concussions I, and the vast majority of college and pro football players, suffered. If CTE is caused by concussions, I can add myself to the list as I estimate about 8 or 9. What were the circumstances surrounding this photo?
  14. And you sound like a grade a ahole. Who calls someone that? GOAT team sport athlete. Should I spell it out to you Mr Genius?
  15. I think his source may just be the ever elusive Joe Webb package
  16. You aren't entirely wrong as it is incredible the dominance of this Pats team under Brady. However, look at the coaching and players that have surrounded Brady and look at who Jordan played with and, perhaps more importantly, against, and you will see the difference. Jordan didn't play in a watered down NBA. He had Bird, Isaiah, Magic, Ewing, Drexler, Malone, Stockton, Barkley, Price, Penny and Shaq to contend with to win those titles. That's a murderers row. Brady is the greatest QB of all time, and that should not be argued, but Jordan is the GOAT and I hate that the two have been and wiil be compared.
  17. No. Jordan won his rings via fierce determination and competitiveness like the world has never seen. Brady is good, but the black marks surrounding him tar his legacy immensely. Jordan was a jerk, but he was phenomenal at every level. And, let's be honest, his athletic talents far surpass any qb to play the game.
  18. Based on his work with Stafford, I can't say I'd hate to see him on the staff. I'm finding it odd that the entire offensive staff outside of Rico has remained in place. Is that not the same thing they did to Rico? If you want a OC, who is very much going to be running his own offence, to succeed, should you not let him put a staff in place that aligns with his offensive strategy?
  19. This has been the COT argument all along. The team schemed for him for two years and when he had to make the big play with his arm, he couldn't. I really like him as a person, but he's an RB playing QB. At some point the team needs a QB playing QB and the time is now.
  20. I'll watch because it's tradition. I'll go in expecting the Patriots to win and if the opposite happens, I will be happy. It's a long break between games, so gotta get it in while I can.
  21. I think we should all let that mistake of the Saints game pass for the OP. In terms of the needs you have addressed, I think you are pretty much bang on. If a free agent is acquired at QB, or a trade is made, then the top two picks spend on a D tackle and a inside linebacker, would be well spent. I like Preston , But we can assuredly do better and we need better to properly implement McDermott's scheme
