  1. If you want a much more aggressive LB than Tremaine, this is your guy. But again we need to spend the higher FA contracts on offense. Mixed feelings unless he comes cheap?
  2. Quessenberry?....you mean the same guy who practically got Josh's arm torn off. I'll pass on Q, Saffold and Spencer. Connor should be an upgrade at RG as we slide Bates to LG. Now we either draft or sign a bigger name for RT. Brown is only depth.
  3. So we got the right Josh and the wrong Connor? He's gotta be better that Saffold....right?
  4. His 2021 number was 69 so we'll see what we're getting. And for those of you that are skeptical of all PFF, give me a better alternative. I'll use it immediately.
  5. Feel free to give me a more accurate link.
  6. Over paying for underperforming STers is becoming a hallmark of McDermott football.
  7. Wow, what a huge overpay.
  8. Saffold a 43 pff. This guy a 52. It may be an upgrade but not a big one. At least he doesn't commit penalties.
  9. One of the many stupid strategies this organization practices. They aren't because they're not dumb asses.
  10. He's reached the age of diminishing returns. Add injuries and contract expectations you must end ties. We'll have to do this again in 12 months with Micah.
  11. Yeah that thing was choreographed but still a cool moment for the kid. No one can or should ever doubt Sean's character. He's an amazing human being who still is searching to refine other areas of improvement.
  12. Exactly....Whether we land Bijan or JSN or whoever, we're loading up on OL this season. So everyone just relax. We're not ignoring OL anymore. Not even McD can allow that. He's going to want a minimum of 4.5/ yr after 17 tds. So is a goaline RB worth that? We'll see.
  13. No, Bates at LG has a higher pff than Glasgow anyway. Now Seumalo next to Dion or at RG would be amazing.
  14. London's rookie year he practically didn't play. His next 5 years he had better numbers than Edmunds. Fletcher Ints 6 Sacks 18 TFL 47 Edmunds Ints 5 Sacks 6.5 TFL 32 ....maybe Tremaine continues to grow & develop. But I just never see him being a playmaker LB. Hopefully he goes to the NFC.
  15. Yeah I like your idea of possibly trading for Nuk. Still think he and Diggs could give us 2 solid seasons. I think it's a done deal that we'll be trading both Ed & Gabe for as much value ( hopefully offensive) as possible.
  16. I'm more concerned about losing him without getting a 3rd than worrying about a roster hole. There are FA's and draft players (Tillman, Flowers) who can easily fill his shoes. And as others have stated, we're losing him anyway, regardless of what kind of last season he has.
  17. No one's giving us a 2nd for a WR with such a low catch rate. There is value to keep Gabe on this roster if you can convince him he's a WR3 but his ego and contract desire will probably end that idea. If I can get a 3rd for him I do it.
  18. He's played 5 full years. Whatever ceiling he has, we've seen it. Fletcher was a better all around LB with superior instincts.
  19. Both are gone anyway so why not try to grab a 3rd for each. Better to get something than nothing.
  20. Yeah Tillman impressed me more than Hyatt at the combine. We can't afford another wr with a low catch rate.
  21. I want young, promising 4-5 yr contract wrs making plays for Josh.
  22. Yup, I think they'll also approach Tre & Dion. Not sure if they'll mess with Milano or Diggs though? We need enough for Tremaine's replacement, an olineman and WR.
  23. Nope there is none. Now next year will be different with Williams leading the charge.
  24. Yeah the Settle, Saffold & Quessenberry signings were absolutely terrible. Thank God Daquan stepped up and even outplayed Ed some games. Beane has got to nail some FA picks next week. Missing on 3 out of 4 and Crowder being useless really hurt.
